This has some really good, easy soup recipes. I made "Fresh corn with basil," and "Tomato with goat cheese." Both were delicious. There are more interesting recipes in this book, but it's due and I'm too busy to cook! I'd check it out of my library again though, maybe in the fall; soup season! I wrote the two I made down though, so if you want the recipe, let me know!
So far I've enjoyed a few of the soups and chili. The ingredients lists are small, but the soups are very flavorful and full of fresh vegetables and other ingredients. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for recipes for simple, delicious soups; some that can be made in just an hour or so.
