what great books fantastic stories wrote by fantastic writers loved every one so much so i ended up buying the follow on books for them i really liked the fact i got some bonus chapters for fallen crest im a huge tijan fan so worth the reaf such touching and heartfelt stories have some tissues with u xx

I enjoyed reading this a lot. this book contained multiple stories written by talented authors and a lot of bonus scenes for any Tijan fans out there! :). You should rally consider getting this book. the little 99 cents that you pay go to a great charity. :)

Despite the very sexual cover, there are hardly much erotic scenes in the stories. 'Fading' struck a cord with me. I know someone who was raped and it pains me to say this but it truly is hard for them to forget. The rest of the stories complimented each other quite well.

I was expecting greatness from Devour or at least to discover some amazing new series I haven't read yet! Not what I got, Fading, the first book was amazing, but the rest were just flops. I was guna make myself suck it up & continue reading the last couple books, but they sounded even worse. So I give up, tired of DNF'ing books on my shelf.

I was a bit skeptical because this book was so cheap for 8 entire novels! Holy cow, I am so glad I bought this. First off have read every book now and I loved this. Undeniable value, great books!
Also, I found a couple new series to read form this book. I read book #1 in this collection, then bought the remainder of the books in the series.

This was a fantastic collection of books! I am now continuing on to read the series that follows several of these books. I very much enjoyed this collection. I reviewed each book individually so each got the review independent of this collection.

this is a great collection of stories. I wasn't familiar with these authors but each story made me want to continue reading their series before I continued with the next story. thanks for compiling this collection and happy that proceeds are going to charity.

Most of these stories were a little heavy for me. I want to be in an essential fantasy when I read. Even if it's about "real" stuff, I don't want it to be too heavy.

Overall - 3.0 stars
I was attracted to this $0.99 deal due to the proceeds going to charity and one of the authors being Tijan. You can see from my reviews of each individual book that there are hit and misses. However, the amount of raw talent and introduction to each of the authors is worth it, easily for a buck. Would recommend just for the last 2 books.
Book 1: Fading by e.k. blair
3 stars. First half - I couldn't put it down and I'd easily rate it 4 stars. Second half - it became too mechanical and there were too many conversations and actions that didn't have an impact to the storyline. 2 stars.
You should know that if you read this book, you should be warned. A girl is raped at the beginning of the story and the aftermath and repercussions of that rape are what the book is largely about. The author handled it well, but parts of the book are hard to read.
Book 2: Very Bad Things by Ilsa Madden-Mills
3.5 stars. Engaging and interesting. For once I liked the back and forth between the male and female perspectives. The steamy scenes were built up well and I liked the realistic spin on Nora's background. I would not read this again, but I would recommend it to others.
Book 3: Shattered Ties by KA Robinson
3 stars. It was a bit predictable and at times surface level. It reminded me of a reversed "Pretty in Pink." I was not enthralled enough to go after book 2 in this series.
Book 4: Sizzle: Bad Boy Rockers by Lexi Buchanan
3 stars. Interesting story and premise. I liked reading it the first time but would probably not read it again.
Book 5: Always You by Missy Johnson
3 stars. This one was a bit amateurish. However, the premise was very mouth-watering - teacher/student scandalous relations. Very yummy. The plot was good, but there were a few typos and it is in need of a decent edit. Would not recommend.
Book 6: Love In Between by Sandi Lynn
2 stars. This book started off decent and then just kind of plummeted. The conversations and narration became too mechanical. Even the romance scenes were repetitive. I found myself skipping over pages quickly just to rush to tech end, then discovered that there is a sequel? No thanks!
Book 7: Emerge by S.E. Hall
3.5 stars. This one is not bad at all. I liked the character buildup and the inner monologue felt by the main female. The romance scenes are steamy and not repetitive at all.
I can see how the female lead's feelings could become annoying over time - for that reason I wouldn't read this book again. I also wouldn't read the next one in the series. Regardless, this is one of the standouts in the series.

Oh my goodness
Okay let me just say that I loved all the books in this bundle. I haven't read some titles by authors but I will be now. It took me awhile to finish this book only because there was a story in here that I wasn't liking how it was turning out - let me just say I was an idiot. I should have kept reading as I loved the way the story turned out - sorry not telling which story. In all the stories you have different emotions and you will feel them all, the sex scenes are hot and steamy but you also get a chance to read New stories. All the authors that shared their stories in this I want to thank you as they were amazing stories and well with the read.

I can't believe I read all the books. I loved each and every story. It was a little of everything. I would definite buy this book. It's a good cause and for .99 you get your money's worth of having 8 books to finish. Loved it. I wish there's more if these.

If you have not read this collection of novels it is so worth it. I finally just finished and I can say I liked every book and have already started to read the next in the series. This is a great offer. Get it before it is gone.

8 great stories by eight great authors. Great price. All the stories are about romances. I highly recommend this anthology. My favorite from the collection was Fading from EK Blair, Emerge from SE Hall, and Fallen Crest high from Tijan.

I cannot say how much I enjoyed each of these books, I thought I might enjoy two,maybe even three of the books in this bundle but I absolutely loved each and every one of them. Gutted that I have finished them but glad that I have found some fantastic new writers... What a bargain too

I didn't read all the books in this set, because a few of the blurbs just didn't appeal to me. But the ones I did read were well worth the price.

This collection of book was amazing and all for a good cause. There were some authors in this collection that I've never read and was glad I did. With every penny.
