Beth, a young widow, is distraught with grief after losing her young son. She is befriended by Stephanie who takes her under her wing and slowly starts to bring her back to reality. When tragedy strikes again, this time it is Beth who finds herself the healer.
I enjoyed this charming little story and how it reflected the life of the author from losing her son as well. It was of a different genre from what I normally read. It was a nice change in pace. Although it was a little slow moving, but I didn't mind taking my time reading it. It wasn't necessarily a page turner, I could easily pick it up and read at any time.
