Stacy; sassy southern belle, petite, blonde, lost her parents way too soon. Jared; virile, tall, talented, prents still crazy about each other after 35 years together. From tne moment Jared first sets eyes on Stacy he is taken with her. Stacy is literally head over heels about Jared. He's knocked her down at least twice. Eventually, the pair up and fall in love. She has some real issues to work through as a result of her parents' untimely death. Jared is there for her every step of the way. She just needs to trust him.
Excellent love story. Jared and Stacy are extremely likeable characters.

There's a bit of light domestic discipline in this story but all together I was bored silly, hence my discontinuation around 60%. DNF

I thought this book was average. It was a little odd. There was no real bdsm in the book, just some light disciplinary spanking. This is a light-read romance novel. The Doms in this book weren't like traditional Doms...
