Best manga ever.
Finally shows the arc of tanaka after realizing his ideals were being used by a guy who just chases fun. His specific view of minority rights when shown next to Sato's completely amoral and individualistic values towards fun and carnage is so well written and fun. The action is incredible and in sato's battle at the base we get to see all the different strategies showcased up until now in quick succession. God its just awesome, emotionally compelling, complex with characters who feel unique in how they view their world, and thought provoking at times with questions about minorities, human rights, suffering, and life and death. Also holy fuck is sato's leg growing back after his execution the coolest thing ever.

Another banger entry in this series. The tension is constantly maintained, the character relationships have evolved in meaningful ways that have been seeing payoffs for quite some time now, and when there's action it's damn good.
