Water bath canning and preserving your own food at home may have seen out of reach for many reasons; however, I’m here to tell you that it’s not as difficult as it seems. I used to visit my grandma on her farm when I was a kid, and that’s where I first learned about water bath canning. Canning and preserving produce from her farm and garden are among my first memories. I have retained my grandmother’s love for canning and preserving and have continued doing this as an adult, and it’s a lovely and delicious way to preserve the harvest from my homestead. I have continued to experiment with different recipes and have expanded my knowledge from reading cookbooks, watching cooking shows from the world’s greatest chefs, and trying recipes I’ve found on the Internet, and all this combined has allowed me to develop my own recipes that I’ve tweaked and honed until I’m 100% happy with how they taste.

I want to show people how easy it is to fill your pantry with tasty homemade pickles, canned tomatoes, fruits, and berries as well as jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, salsas, sauces, and other delicious things. With this book, you can save yourself time and energy by following all of the tips, tricks, and advice you’ll find within. good info about canning, but the recipes are inconsistent. some give yield, while others don't. some call for vinegar in the recipe instructions, but don't note in the ingredients how much is needed. I'm sure they taste good when made, but I'm unimpressed at best and can't trust actually making any of them.
