When the examples were given about how to deal with SAD, they seemed performative and fake, making it hard to imagine anything actually playing out that way. The examples were good, but nothing felt “new”
I don't write so many reviews, but I'd like to share with people who will decide to buy this book: it really gives some clues how to handle a microagression as a target that I'm hopeful to successfully apply in my social routine.
