Youka Nitta (新田祐克 correct pronunciation: Yuuka Nitta) is a Japanese manga artist.

Her illustration debut was in 1994, in 小説Charade.
She is one of the few Boys' Love manga-ka whose works are enjoyed by both straight women (the main target audience) and gay men.
Her manga debut was Be-Boy's 1995 release of "Groupie."
Recently she temporarily quit writing manga after a scandal involving her plagiarism of many magazine photographs.
According to The Yaoi Review (2009-12-31), she is back with a continuation of an ongoing manga to be released in English in February.
Her moe point is older ukes.

Katou was stressed out from over anxiety of playing the lead actor in the upcoming movie that he had coveted so much. He needs to ensure the success of this movie as it was his last chance to survive in the entertainment industry.

He was in so much distressed that it rendered him impotence. The poor thing.

How would Iwaki help Kato out?

In the next Chapter Katou's best friends, Onozuka and Miyasaki added considerable distruption to the loving couple's relationship, nearly causing a bad rift. Later, their make up sex had fanned Miyasaki's appetite and he was resolute on having a taste of Iwaki. 

An accident happened during filming and Katou nearly lose Iwaki for good. Katou's self sacrificing spirit made Iwaki realise how petty he has been and how much Katou loves him.

Aquest volum ha envellit malament perquè hi ha un masclisme constant i un control sobre la parella que impregna les converses i els rols dels protes, tant que en un còmic actual seria intolerable. A part d'això, comença el rodatge de la peli, el Katou està d'allò més estressat perquè li han estat exigint moltíssim per al seu retorn després de la moguda que va tenir amb l'agència. Apareixen dos actors de segona amics del Katou que es dediquen a burxar-lo per la seva relació amb l'Iwaki i un d'ells ho porta massa lluny... Aquesta trama em sembla redundant i que no fa avançar la història, és a dir, ens queda claríssim que s'estimen molt, però tenen una gelosia incontrolable... no cal tornar a passar pel mateix amb un nou personatge.

I really don't know why the artstyle is so wacky in the first few chapters but if you just get through the first 5-6 then it really changes for the better! Embracing love, especially if we take into consideration that it was written and illustrated back in 1999-2009, is a very well-written story, not perfect but very enjoyable! The main characters (Iwaki and Katou) really draw you in with their personalities and you just can't put the story down. Of course, you'll have to keep in mind that this is a yaoi so many explicit scenes are included.

Algunas cosas de este tomo me han chirriando un poco por el tufillo machista, pero Iwaki siempre tan maravilloso y Katou... En fin, que lo amo y adoro a pesar de que siempre está inseguro.

Prima di iniziare le riprese di Cicala d’inverno Iwaki e Kato sono alle prese con la preparazione al loro ruolo e con alcuni vecchi amici di Kato che iniziano ad essere ossessionati dal bell’Iwaki. I due dovranno dimostrare che il loro amore va oltre e che si fidano ciecamente l’uno dell’altro. Un bel volume che prepara bene alla storia di Cicala d’inverno che fa vedere le difficoltà di coniugare lavoro e vita privata e le forti emozioni che i due provano l’uno per l’altro. Inoltre molto carina la storia extra ambientata in montagna davvero dolcina.
