In this horrifying zombie short story, seven characters find themselves trapped inside an elevator during a zombie apocalypse. The narrator, the last passenger to occupy the elevator, tells them that his wife, who was murdered by a zombie, told him as she died in his arms that she saw one of the passengers get bitten by a zombie before the person ducked into the elevator, but she died before she could describe the victim to him. The terrified passengers know that the victim will soon turn and attack them. They must determine who it is and kill him or her before it is too late--if they don't kill each other first trying to find out.

This was stupid. The author wrote these characters to be absolute idiots and I don't really understand why. The foreshadowing was blatant, the climax was boring, and the end was cheesy. The only redeeming thing about this story was that it was super short. Honestly, the pre-download summary was the best part.

A Short Story

What a great little read with a ending I didn't see coming. Good one.
The excerpt I've got to buy and read. There was only a few pages, and not chapters, I am curious and need to find out what are the two going to do in the bomb shelter to survive🧟‍♀️

Pretty good

As short stories go it was good. Quite short but interesting and well written enough to make me go look for longer works by this author. I wouldn't mind if the story included the main characters backstory. It sounded interesting.

A good short story about the outbreak of a zombie apocalypse. Good plot, decent characters, but a bit on the repetitious side. I was getting a little bored by the end.

A good quick read that will give you a zombie fix. A twisty tale that will keep you in suspense and you won't be able to guess what is really going on.
