Truthfully, I was rather disappointed. Although Vanderhaeghe's book contains the typical information on healthy eating, exercise, and water consumption, I thought her chapters on emotional eating, hormones and weight gain, and conquering cellulite might be some new ground for me to read. Mostly the book just gives some information and then promotes her line of health products as the added boost you will need to look and feel great. Bummer!
Excellent book chock full of great information about your health, nutrition, vitamins, minerals and supplements. This isn't just a book about weight loss there are also chapters on digestive health, fitness, cellulite and diabetes. Really worth reading for anyone who has struggled with weight issues.
