I don’t understand the high ratings here. This book had potential and started off interesting but just declined from there. Anything even remotely interesting happens completely “off screen” you just get a passing mention in a filler chapter basically “oh yeah that one bad guy that this whole story line was centered around, he’s dead” and that’s basically it. But you’ll get loads and loads of chapters about all the cleaning and cooking MFC has to do. I basically just skimmed most of the book and I’m still mad about the time I wasted. Seriously don’t bother with this one it’s certainly more exciting to clean your own floors than to read about someone else doing it. 🤦🏻♀️

What a brilliant shifter book. So glad I’ve read the whole story. Fake relationship didn’t last long, trials, tribulations and babies, what a story. Loved every page. It’s a proper book.

This boxset contains all three books in the Wolves of Evergreen series, Faking it with the Firefighter Wolf Daddy; Possessive Wolf Daddy; and Her Wolf Daddy Protector.
Felicity Jordan never knew her father and her mother had a swinging door policy of different men coming into their lives, often marrying for their money and then divorcing them soon after. Firefighter Xander Miller, an alpha wolf, and his siblings Macy, Kingston and Dylan, lived a life ruled by their very strict mother Marianne. It was only after Xander asked Felicity to be his fake fiancé when his mother wanted to see him mated, that the mating pull actually happened. His mother had fixed him up with Melony, the daughter of the neighbouring pack’s alpha, but Xander refused to mate her, causing chaos to break out. Quincy had been looking to join his pack with Evergreen, a much larger pack. Xander’s father had stepped down from his alpha position when he felt Xander was ready and should have been enjoying his life with his wife and mate, but she had gone off with the feral alpha of the neighbouring Carter’s Creek pack, Quincy Houghton, after trying to abduct and kill Felicity, not wanting a human for her son’s mate! Now Felicity is one month pregnant with twins, out of a short four-month pregnancy and about to move into her dream home when Xander finds a threat on their doorstep as they are packing, the move is postponed and he takes her back to the pack house for safety. She also needs to agree to a mating ceremony asap, so the rest of the pack will treat her as one of theirs and protect her when Xander can’t.
The celebrations are interrupted by Xander’s uncle Clinton Morrow, who has found out she is carrying twin alphas and he makes Xander an offer for one of them to become alpha of Portersmith, the Morrow family pack lands, and asks them to go and visit. They intend to only stay a day, but other matters soon get in the way and the reclusive Samuel, Clinton’s father, is playing with them all, especially his own son. Xander can see a little of how his mother became like she did, as Samuel may have given over the alpha lead of the pack to Clinton, but he continues to rule everyone with fear, the only way he sees it should be! A shocking invitation for Felicity soon has her helping another human, but also not telling Xander, knowing he would want to kill the person, no matter that it would probably start a war! Their visit is extended long past the time they are comfortable with, but Xander has to play his alpha card very careful so as not to annoy distant family, no matter what. The local police department have been unable to find any trace of the boys or Melony, their kidnapper, and now are passing the case over to the FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) team, but it has already been forty-eight hours and that is the magic time before any trails could go cold. There are local packs on the east coast who might have given shelter to Melony, with her father’s links and still loyal to Xander’s crazy grandfather, who is now a wanted serial killer by the FBI.
Things are falling apart back home without an alpha leading their Evergreen pack and it is time to go home. His own brother Kingston lost his leg in the attack when the boys were taken and blames himself for losing them. There is nothing else they can do down here and even his uncle Clint and his wife Aubrey say the Morrow Manor is haunted and they may be better away from it! They get back home and Xander puts pressure on the small Carter’s Creek pack, and Doris Houghton, the mother of the deranged and feral Quincy Houghton, to get some answers. Doris has been avoiding his calls, and barricading the small pack from getting in or out of town, will hopefully make her give him some information. She tells Xander that Melony had just found out she couldn’t have children just as she found out Felicity was pregnant. Doris said she was obsessed, believing she was pregnant herself and Gena overheard Melony saying she wanted her baby back, as she knocked her out and attacked Kingston, before taking the babies. Doris also gives him the details of a shifter bounty hunter, Denny (Dennis) Kerry, who she hired to find her son, some years ago, who might be useful in trying to find his sons.
Xander and Felicity are about to have a very emotionally draining time, as leads to find their babies pull them in different directions. The police were no use, as the local police chief was too closely tied to Samuel, and even the FBI got pulled off the case as the investigation went towards some of the older and more established East Coast packs, those with far more influence and power than even the FBI. Able to pull favours from the higher ups and get the investigation squashed. It will be up to Xander and this bounty hunter’s small team, to follow the tiny hints they have and figure out who is involved, from Melony, her father Quincy, and Xander’s grandfather Samuel. There are a lot of issues with blood oaths that have been broken, but more importantly, large numbers of feral wolves turning up all over, far more than usual. Denny and his team have been taking ferals out for years, but are used to only dealing with one at a time. It seems one of their enemies is trying to grow an army of ferals and use them to fight against other packs. How they will have any control over the wolves once they turn feral is unclear, as once a wolf goes fully feral, all they want to do is kill and their animal is in full control, the human part of them has been burned away fully by then. Xander will need to pull his pack together and ensure they are strong enough for whatever is coming after he gets his sons back. Felicity is a wanted woman by Samuel, who tried to take her for himself when they first visited Portersmith, even though she was mated to Xander, and the fact she gave birth to twin alpha sons, makes her even more necessary to a lot of packs whose birth rates have been falling and births of alphas even rarer.
Felicity manages to uncover a large number of secrets about Samuel, but that just makes him ever more dangerous to her, Xander and even his own son. Felicity can sense some of the wolf vibes that as a human she shouldn’t be able to, but while she thinks she is 100% human, not knowing who her father is, kind of really means she can’t actually be sure of that! Loved how Xander was so protective of her and wanted to protect her and their babies, but he knows far more about wolf law and customs than she does and has to get her to follow his wishes, even when maybe he should have questioned her reluctance about some matters for the warning they were! Felicity and Xander manage to get their twin sons back, but the war with whoever was behind all of this, is far from over. Xander will die to protect Felicity and their sons, but clearly Felicity doesn’t want that to happen! Xander’s enemies want Felicity, for her ability to give birth to multiple alpha sons and so much more, and they are doing everything they can to get her and win the battle between the two sides of this war. There are more and more feral wolves appearing daily, far too many for the Evergreen pack to handle alone and thankfully, Xander is able to gain support from other allies of his pack. But a suspected mole in his pack, may mean they lose the war, no matter how many battles they may win. Lots going on for Felicity, Xander and the pack, but hopefully they will prevail in the fight for their family and pack.

Wolves of Evergreen: The Complete Series has three books. I absolutely enjoyed getting to know the main characters and seeing their story coming life throughout the book. Author Skye Wilson did another phenomenal work with writing this breathtaking paranormal romance series. This book has charm, suspense, and is definitely a page turning paranormal romance. I found this to be quite entertaining and an absolute pleasure to read. This is definitely a book that I would give as a recommendation for anyone who is looking for an amazing paranormal romance series to read. The characters are well developed and beautifully executed throughout the book. This book has a marvelous plot, wonderful characters, and a marvelous outcome for the main characters. I can’t wait to see what will be next from this author in the future.

I have always enjoyed the fake relationship deal when done right and this is one of those times. It is also at it's foundation a friends to lovers, via said fake deal. This is a trilogy which has now been put together in a lovely boxset for your convenience :)

DNF, thought it had promise because of the high score but I don’t understand it at all
The FMC is insufferable with her “he could never like someone like ME” attitude CONSTANTLY. EVEN WHEN THEYRE TOGETHER. and her friend saying she looks beautiful and her constantly saying/thinking “oh I know that’s not true” LIKE I just want to punch her in the face and im not a violent person.
This book was long or at least seemed long for no reason I had to start skimming, and even then nothing interesting happened. There was one chapter I had no idea wtf they were even ALLUDING to what was happening. I mean I could guess but the reason made NO SENSE WHATSOEVER. Ugh it just made me mad enough to DNF and I was definitely almost finished but I was exhausted just seeing the 8 chapters I had left because I knew nothing would really be said or resolved.

Are you looking for a sweet paranormal romance? Then check out this book. A love story of a boy and a girl whose friendship turns into the kind of love that is admired. It’s only once they start their fake relationship that things start to really heat up and things start getting real. The story takes the main characters through so many trials and tribulations; where I even worried if their relationship would survive. Love how Felicity’s grandmother is so snarky. And oooh Xander’s mother is so frustrating on how hard she is on her son, the alpha. The author’s solution to having an Alpha for the Carter’s Creek pack was sooo creative. A happy HEA in the end. Loved it!.

Great Story!
This was my first Skye Wilson book and she really nailed it for me! Had ALL the elements…..love, danger, lust, revenge, redemption…..there were moments that made me cringe and others that had me wondering how this was going to end!! Twists and turns….. keeps your interest. Lots of shifters too….. Wolves, Rhinos, Owl, Hawk….. like a Zoo lol!
I also liked the details about the mansions and people. This book took me several days to read because there was so much going on and several people falling in love!

Very long book but well worth it. The first book is 700 pages long and I’m afraid it might put people off from reading it. It’s also a bit slow because of all the background it packs in to bring the reader up to date. The second 700 pages go fast. The author does a wonderful job of showing the love and consideration for and among the extended family and community. It’s a beautiful love story well worth reading!

The story was great a little long. It would have been better except for bad editing. Too many grammatical errors. The thought of knowing who your mate is and having a lifetime together is pretty cool. No divorces, or custody battles and no fighting over who gets the china.

long read. spoilers!
Part 1: huge excitement and development. And majority of the book. Part 2: ooofff. Part 3: let down. I wanted the big fight, not the build up alone. Clearly author had to get the book done and phoned in all of part 3.
Would be 4 stars if part 3 was longer or had a fight scene, or a romantic scene.

Felicity drove me crazy..
Felicity was too goodie goodie.. too many things going on with her and Zander.. it was like Popeye and Brutus fighting over olive.
Some of the story was very dry, I put the book down and read something else
Inconsistencies and misspelling were many..
I'm just happy it ended better.

Good Story but needs editing!
So a lot of grammatical errors, wrong words or left out words, calling one person by the wrong name and plot inconsistencies. They have an electric fence but only use it once for protection, not the other 99 they do! So with better editing and more consistency it could be a really good book.

Love
What can I say, except it was a great read that flowed with the ups and downs of Xander and Felicity. Couldn’t recommend this more. You will love the read and epic story.
Whomever proof reads these books need to proof read it again and correct the mistakes in it. Mind you not as many as other books I have read.

I would have liked more detail in the deaths of Quincy and Samuel. It was kind of a letdown just to read that they were dead when they had caused so much upheaval during the books. Would’ve been nice if it was an epic battle.

The complete Wolves of Evergreen trilogy, a well written set of stories. Felicity and Xander as their fake dating ignites a fire they never saw coming. I enjoyed reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is all three books of Felicity and Xander, and I absolutely loved them. Their story was full of drama and humorous moments. I loved their journey together; it wasn't smooth, but they weathered it well together.

I rarely write a review but this was really captivating so much so that i read it all in 4 days. Trust me I'm a working busy person so that's a feat. I enjoyed it from start to finish the characters were well presented and interesting. I definitely recommend!

I'm glad I got the complete series, if I'd had to wait for each book, well I don't know if I would've waited. The loose ends, don't like that her mom was there she didn't deserve it and why didn't the pink haired nurse get in trouble?

Awesome Series!
Loved the series! The characters were well thought out and the plot was incredibly intriguing! Plus it was great to see the relationships build around the main two characters.

Really enjoyed the Wolves of evergreen. You get invested with the characters from start to finish. Can't wait for the next lot and without giving anything away it's surely going to be about the next generation 🤔😜

Wolves of Evergreen: The Complete Series by Skye Wilson is an angsty, action-filled, twisted and romantic shifter power story. I was enthralled from page one and thoroughly enjoyed every page. Recommend.

This author is new to me, but the blurb was very interesting. She pulled me into the world she created and didn’t let me go until she was done. I lost track of how much sleep I missed reading this series. I’m looking forward to reading more of her books!! 📚 ❤️
