A lot of information about Keto and the benefits on the body. There were recipes and tips for starting a keto diet. IT was free and I was glad I picked it up!
No nutrient info on recipes: strike one. Rice, grains and beans included in some recipes strike 2. Strike 3 is conflicting info on exercise section left me alittle confused. There are better intro books currently available for beginners. I’ve been doing this for 3 mos now and was hoping for a good resource to offer friends interested in the diet. I would only recommend to those already doing this way of life so they don’t accidentally take longer to get into ketosis.
It’s a very informative book. It tackled a little bit of everything so it’s a good read for anybody who wants to learn about Keto diet for the first time. I especially like the Q&A portion of the book. Worth my time.
The third-worst edited book I've ever read. Typos, bad grammar abound. As expected, there are plenty of factual claims; however, there are no citations. Apparently all statements are Mr. Miles's opinions.
While the information was concise there were no easy to read graphics or lists. Also the text references pictures in a few spots that aren't present in this format
