My personal experience with INFPs is fairly limited so most of the information given in this book was merely informative (which is fine).
There are many interesting things about the INFP (that I don't get) and there are also some good recommendations for growth in the last chapter. (Some of them I don't agree with, but a couple would be really helpful I think, and not just for INFPs!)

It was good as an introduction. Explains things in a simple but effective way and doesn't beat around the bush.

I loved this quote:

"I was born with an enormous need for affection, and a terrible need to give it."

This was an interesting read. It felt a bit stereotyped, but then I do now know many INFPs. It was educational and worth the read.

I am an INFP and an ENFP. I identify with both types. I loved this book because as I read the words I could see myself reflected in its pages! Very insightful! Great read!

I enjoyed reading this little book as an introduction to the INFP personality type. Being an INFP myself, I found the reading satisfying (and comforting). People with this type of personality often feel misunderstood or frustrated by themselves and others. I know this could potentially apply to everyone, but not at the level of INFPs who tend very easily to absorb all the misery of the world and don’t understand how people can be so petty. Thus, it is very powerful to be aware that this is a personality type, there are other people like us and we are not alone.

“When INFPs learn to believe in themselves and to trust their insights and talents, and to follow their instincts and go with the flow wherever it takes them, their potential to influence the events that unfold around them is immense.”

Really great insight into my INFP personality

It was a great look into my personality and why I do some of the things I do. If your struggling with anything take the personality test and learn about yourself.

Wow!

It’s really weird to read a book that describes yourself with such detail. I especially like the mention of how an INFP is quiet, until we have to advocate for what is right.

The True INFP by Truity is a decent book that describes in great detail the personality trait of the INFP. A short read, but enough to tell about the strengths and weaknesses of this creative yet quiet type. As an INFP, I found it to be pretty accurate in most part. There were some descriptions that didn't quite match me, but in most parts it did. This would be a good read for coworkers and family members to read and learn more about the INFP. And, a good read to learn more about ourselves.

Could be longer, especially the career and job section. But true insides into an INFPs world and the way they tick.

I would have rated it higher if some of the points had been expounded on. Overall it was very helpful.
