Dark MM Omegaverse, dark romance, stalker romance, unaliver/punisher romance.

Throughout high school, Bay Nolan was in love with one boy, Alex. They were inseparable and crazy about each other. Their love was so intense they felt unbreakable. But when their neck glands matured, they learned they were completely genetically incompatible, totally mismatched.

It shattered them both, a heartbreak so devastating that neither of them was the same afterward. Reluctantly, they went their separate ways.

Years passed. Bay never forgot Alex and suffered in silence, unable to commit to anyone else. Alex felt the same.

But Bay didn’t stop there. The bitterness and anger kept growing inside him, and he went down a very dark path...

People say incompatibles shouldn’t be together, that it’s not meant to work and will only end in disaster.

So why couldn’t they stop craving each other? Ten years after their breakup, they unexpectedly ran into each other at one of Bay’s concerts. Bay wasn’t ready to face Alex openly, but the moment they stood in front of each other, the spark was still there, and Bay just couldn’t hide in the shadows anymore.

Relationships between incompatibles are publicly shamed, and children from such unions often have genetic defects. The social stigma is harsh, so Bay and Alex didn’t want to flaunt their love.

But can a certain turn of events push them to reveal their relationship at last, and uncover an incredible truth they never expected…?

This book is wow.
!!! Wrecked me!!!
And healed me. I was lost and then found.
This is a long and detailed journey of love and loss and the fight for a better future, despite despair and loneliness.

The main plot starts around high school sweethearts Bay and Alex, who are hard falling for each other in rather dramatic and tragic circumstances. They are, however, encountering a serious problem they can't resolve, and the story starts to take a heartbreaking turn. I loved how unequivocal their love was, how powerful, how IMMORTAL!
And how it started, basically the day they were born... Wow.

The book ends the entire series on a high and dramatic note. We learn some things are not as we thought they were. Characters had secrets, and a lot of it is so shocking I barely believed Eden decided to put something like this in their book. Please read the TW and treat very seriously what is written there, unless you want to be shocked.

The plotline with stalking is pretty interesting, I admit I never read anything like it.
It's like a plot within a plot, on its own, and it’s done in a way that leaves so much mystery around it. And there is so much hot scenes around it, yessss!
The diary subplot was really nice and sentimental.

My overall rating: 4.5.
Why?

The only reason to extract half a point is the incredible length of the book.
Yes, it's a journey over more than a decade. But I felt like between the 50–70% could have easily been shorter. The period when Alex and Bay are should have been more condensed. Some people may not finish the book for that reason, and that would be a bummer, since the ending is so wholesome, and there is even a SERIES EPILOGUE with all characters. It's such a treat. ❤️

But I recognize the author's immense work; this book had to take a lot of time and thinking.

PS
I would, however, say the story would be best enjoyed if you already read Inside The Sun and Let It Snow. If not, it will still work fine, don't get me wrong, but some details, especially the Ferro plotline , will not mean anything to you, just some side plot, and there's so much more to it. Just saying!

PS2
(Ennio is the best I wait for his book so much! Loved him!)

Genre: MM omegaverse (with a small ubran fantasy element)
Spice level: 3.7/5 (quite high, more than 10 s*x scenes, I think :)
Main trope: Second chance romance / with a stalker theme
TW: a lot, omg.
Romance type: hurt/comfort
Plot pace: medium
Overall tone: very dark and tragic
Pairing: omega + alpha
Size difference between MCs: BIG! 5'3'' and 6'7.5''
Roles: strict t/b
Series: Standalone or interconnected standalone
Cheating: No
Mpreg: yes, but only at the very end/epilogue
Ending: HEA

Very long and emotional story. A proper ending to the series, but it also works as a standalone.

The book portrays a love story between Alex, a math-talented young man and an adorable nerd, and Bay, a gorgeous musician whose musical career develops throughout the pages.
They are drawn to each other in an inexplicable way and are perfect together.
We see their tragedy, their dramatic circumstances, their intense love, and the colossal sacrifice that is made. I was literally gaping at some of the events. Soooooooooooo dark, omg. Easily the darkest book Eden has written so far.
I also loved that their HEA was so hard-earned. The road to it was slow, and that added authenticity. There were no fireworks; it felt more like the final closing of an open wound, something long overdue. I really respect how the author wove this story, with a wide perspective and multiple points of view, including Lake, Bay’s dad. There is also a solid portrayal of Ennio Ferro, who has his own book in another of this author's series, planned for the next year. I want to read his book, he is one of the best characters Eden created.
What really caught my attention was the presence of a supernatural element, which feels… natural, strange as that sounds. There’s no big emphasis on the fact that these characters are not what they appear, and it’s done masterfully. Part of me wished this aspect had been explored more, but at the same time, because of that, the book reads more like a stalker romance with contemporary vibes rather than an urban fantasy, even though technically it is one.

For me, the book delivered such strong emotions that I have to give it a 5.

I gave Let It Snow a 4, but here I want to give a 4.5, because this book is truly the peak of intensity among this author’s works. The only problem is it's very long; that's the issue readers may struggle with it.
I really appreciate how multiple plot threads come together, with the main one being Alex and Bay’s tragic love story and their fight for their relationship. I especially want to praise the side characters, Blue and Ennio. I need to read Ennio’s book as soon as possible, so please, author, write it quickly. 😄
What I loved most is that there’s no angst between the main characters. All the conflict comes from the outside, which makes the book feel very reader friendly in that sense. It’s actually the complete opposite of what I usually expect from this author, since there is usually some internal conflict and even a breakup. Here, you could say that only the higher power of Fate stands in their way, not their love, which is incredibly strong.
The epilogue for the whole series at the end is precious. Even if you don’t want to read the entire book, read just the epilogue. It’s something special for series fans.
There is also a lot of sex, but it's not all in one place. It's more spread out over the whole book so that it can be enjoyed properly. :D

Wow, this was a damn long and incredibly engaging book. I went through the entire emotional spectrum while reading, from shock, to excitement, to pure thirst for revenge, and even butterflies in my stomach. A lot happens, and I’m not sure I even want to summarize the plot, but one thing that really stood out to me is how solid Alex and Bay were the whole time. Even with that strange secret between them. And trust me, this book is full of secrets. That one mystery genuinely confused me at first. Believe it or not, for a moment I honestly had no idea who It gave me this constant “what the hell is going on here?” feeling. Luckily, the author doesn’t drag it out for too long, and it becomes clear pretty quickly who it is. 😄 But a nice try, author!
In my opinion, this story works best if you read it after Let It Snow, because the whole “catastrophe” is seen in a completely different light then. Without that context, it can feel almost like a dream or a vision, something easy to dismiss as unimportant, although it still strangely works. That said, this ambiguity can also add an extra layer of mystery, which I’m sure some readers will really enjoy.

The book is a great way to say goodbye to the series. I'm looking forward to the chance to print it! I hope the author will release a paperback version, I want this on my shelf!

The story of Lake and Aiden comes full circle in this the final book in the series.

If you haven't read any of the other books this is the story of Bay and Alex. an Alpha and an Omega whose story is marked by one tragedy after another. But they stand together through it all. If you have read the full series then this book is the final puzzle piece to the story of Lake an Aiden and their family and it is a beautifully written tapestry that weaves all the threads of fate together so seamlessly.

Bay's life starts tragically, but he becomes and happy child until horrific events the day before he meets Alex change him and set him on a darker path in life. Alex is a small sweet Omega who Bay is drawn too immediately. The two are inseparable. Everyone says they are True Mates, but fate has other ideas for when their glands mature they are incompatible - meaning they have no future in ABO society.

But Alex refuses to give up on the love and life he knows that he and Bay deserve. And Bay refuses to give up on Alex and protects him from afar.

We see several things from other books where Bay was involved, but from Bay's perspective this time. We find out what was really happening and why. We learn why the wheels of fate were moving the way they were.

The final "Family Epilogue" is an amazing way to pull it all together and wrap up a series that has had so many books and different characters and different plots. It left me in happy tears knowing that this family, I've come to love is happy and thriving!

Eden writes with such compassion, that even though this book has much darker themes and deals with abuse, S.A., depression and loss on such deep and personal levels, the reader still feels the love and hope for these characters and pulls for these characters. The way she writes pulls at your emotions and makes you feels the sorrow, the anger, the hurt that they are feeling and so when they go through the joy and happiness your heart is bursting with it too.

I can not recommend this book or series enough!! Please check Trigger Warnings, this one is a bit darker than the rest.

Incompatible🖤 BEYOND FATED: The Dark, Perfect Finale 🧬❄️
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Spice: 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶
High-stakes, dark, unhinged obsession, that crosses every single line!
Incompatible is a masterpiece in dark Omegaverse. Eden West saved the most intense gut-wretching story for last and delivered a finale that is as haunting as it was addictive.
Why I'm obsessed:
• The morally gray energy: Bay and Alex are messy, scarred and beautifully twisted. I loved how the "protection" in this story blurred into a possessive, staker vibe- it was gritty, intense and perfectly toxic.
▪ Fate vs Biology: The "incompatible" conflict was gut-wrenching. Seeing two people labeled "defective" by a cruel system choose to burn the world down for each other was everything. It is the energy I live for! The world-building around this social stigma made their defiance feel incredibly powerful.
▪ Earned Healing: Despite the darkness, the character development was profound. Watching them navigate their 10-year separation and find a way back to each other—despite the "defects" and the danger—was the emotional payoff I needed.
This was the gritty, stalker romance conclusion this series deserved. It’s intense, it’s "perfectly" dark, and it’s a flawless end to an era. I couldn’t put it down! I'll definitely reread!

✨Absolutely Amazing ✨

First of all let me start off by saying: “Read the Trigger Warning/Content Warnings.” Don’t bypass it and then post something like “Oh My God, how could they write that.”
I’ll tell you how, it’s what the whole series has been building up too. Also the Author warns you, so it will be your own fault if you don’t read the Triggers.

Now moving on to the story. Bay’s story sums it all up and man the emotions that I had reading this book was unreal. In certain places within this book I was crying 😭 like a baby. If you ever read a book that said “He or she was crying like a sobbing, sloppy mess,” well that was me.
Then there were places I wanted to go through the book and do some damage to side characters myself. There were also moments when I was on edge because I was waiting for something to happen. Finally, there were moments of happiness and I was happy 😃 and excited 😊.
When I say my emotions were all over the place with this book it is no joke. But through all the emotions in reading this I have to say, It’s an absolute masterpiece. Wonderful, beautiful, sad, happy, reckless, peaceful, perfect and loving.

The love that Bay and Alex have for each other from the first time they meet until the end of this book is absolutely beautiful. Even when things go/went south they still loved one another and nothing could ever compare to it. So take a chance and read this Amazing book, I promise you won’t regret it.
I give it 5 stars ⭐️. A job well done Eden West 💜❤️🥰

4.5 ⭐

The book is divided into two parts.
The first follows Alex and Bay when they meet in high school.
The second jumps ahead to their adult lives, once they’ve built their careers.

Alex is a high school freshman dealing with severe allergies and asthma, and he’s the only child of a widower. That’s when he meets Bay, one of the Nolan brothers. Their connection is instant. The chemistry hits right away, and it’s clear there’s something intense between them from the start.
But Bay is hiding a dark, tragic secret, and things at school get ugly fast, especially with bullies targeting Alex. The story takes a really dark turn, and really, at times it felt heavy, especially since they’re so young. Still, that darkness adds a lot to the emotional impact.
Then the issue of incompatibility comes in, and it feels completely hopeless. Their dreams are basically crushed, to the point where both of them want to
What I loved, though, is that they don’t give up. Alex chooses to fight for their future in a quiet way, not with violence, but with patience, endurance, and determination.
When they finally get their win, it feels incredibly satisfying and well earned.
Overall, this book put me through a full emotional rollercoaster. My only complaint is the length. It’s long, and my eyes were definitely tired by the end. 😄

So much pain!!
A story that stretches out over decades, with so many twists and turns! As the last of the series, there are events that any reader who read the previous books is waiting for, but there is so much more to the story!
Bay's personality is formed in many ways the terrible things he goes through at the very beginning (both beginnings - that of the book and that of his life), and this carries a despair and traumatic weight throughout the entire story, coloring every moment and event in deeply felt emotions he hides because of their enormity.
The arrival of Alex in his life is both wonderful and terrible - wonderful because...love, and terrible because...love!
All the emotions of physical and emotional trauma are extremely well portrayed, and the cadence of the narrative intersperses quieter, less traumatically depicted times - which can be days, months or even years, which helps interiorize that trauma. Moments when things seem to be doing well, finally, something always comes out to destroy budding happiness, until the very end! The epilogue wraps up all the families' tales, leaving a smile after all the angst.

My favorite of the series! This one is a bit darker than the others but, that just added more to it, in my opinion.

I loved how the author brought us the two main characters background and how they came to know each other and their eventual relationship. It's definitely a tearjerker and a hard earned ending (I can't say more on that without spoiling!)

I love how this author handles mpreg as it's not your typical trope in the omegaverse and a lot of times it's not written well but, this author is hands down my favorite author to write this trope!

I definitely recommend the entire series but, definitely this one tops them all. They are all technically standalone but, I recommend starting with Book 1 for better enjoyment of background on some of the side characters.

Li ho amati tutti. Tutti i vari personaggi fantastici molto ben caratterizzati.

absolutely brilliant

I’ve lived this series from start to finish . I’d fallen into a rut of not being able to find a book to read and then this book turned up, somehow I’m missed its launch and thanks to Eden it’s took me out of the rut.

This story is beautiful in so many way, yes it’s a little on the darker side but that makes it perfect. HEA ABO storyline. Highly recommended

The long and winding road!!!😍😍😍

This is a gripping and mind-blowing tale of Bay and Alex's long and twisted road and the love that sustained them throughout their beautifully brutal lives. It's a telling of hope when it's so thin and worn it actually hurts to hope. I couldn't put it down! I highly recommend this extraordinary series! 😘😘💖
