What a beautiful ending for Patience and Autumn. After enduring so much, they deserved their happily ever after. I loved how the Patience handled Autumn’s new normal by educating himself and being the strength she needed. And I also loved that we saw more of Parker; she was such a light in this story. While the story moves quickly, I could still feel the love and adoration from the characters. I low-key wanted to see Armani and Matthew rekindle, but that’s me being selfish.. lol! This was a great ending to the series. Oh and Ayesha got off too easy, IMO. 🫠

I enjoyed reading this book. The two main characters complimented each other grandly. I was very happy to see that they overcame all the obstacles placed before them (and yes, there were obstacles). I am interested to see if there is another book that will continue the story of the two best friends. It just seemed so incomplete...whether they end up together or not it would be good to see what came of them.

I love their story and their bond I am glad they got their happy ever after. I hope Amani and Jarod have a story on their own and Matthew finds his one true love (that’s if he doesn’t get Amani.)

Autumn is a trooper. She was destined to be Patience wife and a mother even after all Lamar put her though. When her doctor told her diagnosis Patience educated himself about disease and stood by her side and loved on her. So did her village did. I don't know what was the propose of Matthew going over to Armani's, he made his decision. Didn't he? She not going to play runner up or second best. Armani was so shook, she had to call her man. Patience decided life was to short not making Autumn his wife. Autumn jumped into mommy mode when she noticed Parker was missing. Her mama got easy. They got their forever.

This was a beautiful story. Patience was an amazing man. Matthew is hilarious and I would love to see something shake with his old situation. Its is unfortunate after all she’d been through Autumn was faced with more challenges but her support system is A-1.

I enjoy reading Forever My Man so much! Autumn and Patience have my heart! This whole series gave me all the feels. Hands down one of the best series I've read this year!

This is the direct continuation of Forever My Lady, and I did appreciate finally getting closure after that cliffhanger. I was invested enough in Autumn and Patience to see their story through.
However, this installment didn’t work for me overall.
What stood out most is that the central conflict felt very similar to book one. In both stories, the tension in the relationship is driven by past romantic partners creating disruption in the present. While the circumstances are different, the structure of the conflict felt almost mirrored, which made the story feel repetitive rather than like a true progression.
Because of that, I found myself less emotionally engaged this time around. Instead of building on what we experienced in book one, it felt like I was revisiting a familiar dynamic with a different face.
I also think this story may have been stronger as one complete book. Experiencing both arcs back-to-back made the overlap more noticeable and impacted the overall pacing for me.
While I’m glad I got a full resolution for these characters, this installment didn’t deliver the same impact, which is why it ultimately landed at a lower rating for me.
Another book off the shelf. We keep reading with intention. 📚

The story continues where Forever My Lady left off. Again this fast paced and I felt as though there was enough detail within the chapters that nothing lacked.
You follow Patience and Autumn journey through their happily ever after but not without some hardships after how Forever My Lady ended. Autumn has a hurdle to overcome but she doesn’t have to worry about being alone through it. Patience is by her side throughout it all.
We also divide deeper into Matthew and Amani during this book with them getting their own POVs and I enjoyed hearing from them more and both of their perspectives. Matthew faces some shocking news and Amani is in her happy relationship until faced with her past.
Now there is a situation that happened during the book won’t speak on what took place that I felt took place rather quickly and it felt rushed - I would’ve liked to dive into more. I won’t spoil what happens but some instances did feel rushed.
But overall this is an enjoyable happily ever after for Autumn, Patience and Parker and I enjoyed it!

Tears, Triumph, and Happily Ever After
I just finished Forever My Man (The Forever Series Book 2), the sequel to Forever My Lady (Rhe Forever Series Book 1), and I’m the first to admit I shed tears of joy for Jacob’s family—they truly deserve this happily ever after. As an novella, it delivers a powerful punch: the tension, plot, and dialogue all flow, and the character growth feels natural, keeping me hooked from start to finish.
C. Wilson did an amazing job, and I’m glad I let the author take me on this journey to a true happy ever after ending. I do want to ask are you going to explore Amani story would love to read about her journey and her happily ever after and lets not forget Matthew do he ever get it together??? Just a thought as you left room for the supporting characters to become leading characters....
I wholeheartedly recommend downloading this book to your Kindle. Happy reading!

Oh thank god
Now this book put my heart at ease, sing how everybody recovered after the incident and everything was running. So smoothly, I absolutely loved that patience never gave up on autumn, and she held her own even after finding out her diagnosis, a boat. We're about to each other through it. Parker's mom deserves to have hot a** handed to her by miss pauline that's all I gotta say, everything that happened, karma, big karma. Some don't feel right with about our mining's n***** jared, for some reason, I don't trust him. And I feel like I'm right. Now, with Matthew karma's a b****, and he has to suffer, especially with what he put Armani through. And she didn't even know what we know about him from the first book. So I'm sorry, but bro has to go through it. Get your hands here head on right, sir. I can't wait to see what happens in our money's book though. I'm very excited in this case. I think I'm okay with going into it for a second chance type of romance.

Ooh man
I thought part one was good this part two was even better. Patience and Autumn had been through it after dealing with the aftermath of the situation with Lamar. It was an uphill battle that no one was prepared for however they were taking it in stride. They had grown so much closer and were in the throes of planning their lives together. From getting rid of one enemy to facing another from Patience’s past. Everything that came out about Parker’s mom wasn’t a shock to esp after the stunt she pulled. The way Parker takes to Autumn and the bond they share is everything. love Matthew but the dynamics of his and Tina’s relationship had me looking at my boy sideways. Amani is happy with a new dude and she deserves this. Autum finally got happily ever after with a man who goddamn sure don’t play about her and vice versa. This was a very refreshing read. C. Wilson you have done it again love

It was just ok. A nice love story. Even though they had a lot of obstacles to overcome, I like that they got through them together, and the drama was external, not within their relationship. Patience was a very sweet, attentive and intuitive partner. Something felt lacking in the story overall though and I’m not sure what it was. I think the blurb had me believing that Autumn was going to have to step up and hold Patience down like he did for her, but it didn’t really give that. Because so much of the focus still was on her health challenges as well as whatever drama their best friends had going on. I guess her holding him down was just her being his peace and being a mom to his daughter, but I expected something different.

Lamar took the coward way out as he did with the other parts of his life. Continually blaming others for his mess ups. I love the way that Patience loves his family. Ayesha deserved what she got. How do you not want to be in your child’s life, start a new family and want to be a full time mom??? As far as Matt goes I kind of feel bad that Tina cheated on him but in her drunkenness she admitted to it which is more than I can say for him. Wondering about Amani’s relationship with Jarod through… Something is not right. I can’t put my finger on it. Wondering if he will get her back.. I’ll start Forever Us and hope I can get the answers to the questions about them. Enjoy the series!!

This was such a good ending for Patience and Autumn. Their journey felt complete and well deserved. I especially loved the bond between Autumn and Parker. Both protective and loving.

All the feels. Autumn and Patience both went through so much. I was so glad they had their happy ending. Jerod starting to seem a lil sketchy to me. Matthew gettin his karma. Ayesha delusional. Parker still the GOAT. And i just love their little village.

The conclusion from the previous story. I dont think i loved how much the couple had to go through but i do love how the MMC went to bat for his love. He saw a problem and fixed it everytime. So the love aspect of this book was top tier.
