Behind the Studio Doors: A Yoga Murders Novel

Rate this book
Trina had it all—a thriving yoga studio, loyal friends, and a budding new romance. But when her unpredictable sister Brie lands on her doorstep for the summer, her world at YogaZen starts to crumble. What was once a peaceful escape transforms into a minefield of manipulation, dangerous secrets, and betrayals that turn the lives of everyone inside the studio upside down.

Consumed by growing anxiety and trying to juggle the problems of others, from forbidden romances to spiritual scammers, Trina is pulled deeper into a web of lies that threatens to destroy everything she’s worked for.

As the summer unfolds, the bond between the sisters is tested. Will their relationship survive, or will the dark secrets and deceptions tear them apart? With YogaZen’s once-safe space unraveling, someone won’t make it to fall.

A gripping story of love, lies, and betrayal, Behind the Studio Doors keeps you hooked until the very last twist.

Not my usual

This is not my typical read. I don’t do suspense well 🤣 but this wasn’t bad. I loved I finally saw my name in a book! It was a multiple POV, not a fave for me to read. I wish it had focused more on Trina and just her sister. But overall it was good.

Behind the Studio Doors by Kandi Neal is a smart, fun, and utterly engaging read that pulls you into a world brimming with wit and unexpected revelations. Neal masterfully weaves themes of love, loyalty, and ambition against the backdrop of the yoga world, exposing its serene façade while delving into darker, more complex human interactions. Her writing sparkles with personality, drawing you into a story filled with suspense, intrigue, and just the right amount of drama. Whether you’re looking for an escape or a story that lingers long after the last page, this book delivers. I can’t wait for another book in this series!
