Highly recommend - anytime Sten puts out content, I make it a point to listen regardless of if the topic directly applies to me or not because there is always so much value you’ll walk away with. I appreciate how concise this book is compared to any of the others out there on this topic and how he leaves you with tangible concepts and ideas to take immediate action on. You can tell how genuine he is and doesn’t leave you feeling like some slimy salesman as I have felt with some other sales and business books. Highly recommend regardless of which profesional services industry you are in, you can apply these same valuable concepts.

Solid practice development book with actionable ideas. It was worth the 3 hours I invested in it. It’s a great addition to the podcast.
