Trapped in a realm beyond their own, two sisters must face their destinies…

With the Latian King dead, Avery Hollis thought she was safe from danger and could finally bond with her soulmate, Savine Ralathian. Now, with her sister Morgan in Aeritis—the land of the Fae—kings are vying for control of the prophesied twin witches who could transform the realm. When King Rylo demands Morgan for himself, Avery is forced to choose: protect her sister in the treacherous fae realm and stay with her soulmate’s sworn enemy, or join Savine in his newly unified nation.

But nothing in Aeritis is that simple. When the Goddess Althea commands the sisters to search for five ancient relics, Avery and Morgan are thrust into a dangerous quest, where they are not the only ones seeking the hidden powers of the relics.

As Morgan's powers spiral beyond her control and Avery's bond with Savine deepens, the sisters must decide: will they stand united against the forces that threaten to tear them apart, or will they find themselves divided by the political divides of a perilous land?

Aaah I fell right off that cliffhanger.
Another amazing story .. a fantastic second book to Quartz Mountain.
I absolutely adored Morgan, and the vast character difference between her and Avery was unexpected but welcomed! The darkness that Morgan brought, and with her attraction to Rylo, was just what was needed for the storyline. Avery and Savine bring the lovey dovey soulmates and happily ever after. Morgan and Rylo bring the realism and nitty gritty.
I seriously cannot wait to see what happens next!

Sapphire Falls is the perfect sequel to Audrey Lynn's debut novel, Quartz Mountain, Book 1 in The Lost Realm series. I fell in love with Audrey's storytelling while reading Quartz Mountain, and that love has only deepened in Saphire Falls. Sapphire Falls is being released on October 24th, giving you plenty of time to dive into this one-of-a-kind portal romantasy.

If you enjoy portal fantasy, unlikely heroes & foes, intricate world-building, strong & capable FMCs and protective MMCs, The Lost Realm series is the one for you. Audrey has made the story even more intriguing and exciting in the sequel by adding new characters, new storylines, and new relationships. Not to mention new secrets, new quests, and emotions that will make you read Audrey's book in one sitting. I loved seeing the characters dig deep into their inner strengths and faults, trying to do and be better.

Savine is still my favorite person, and his growth is so impressive. Even though he still struggles with his inner demons and feelings of being unworthy, he manages to show his love and support while shedding down his walls. His and Avery's story is beautiful to witness, and it is real—we see the struggles, the insecurities, the differences, but we also see the immense love & devotion.

Morgan, Avery's sister, was the perfect addition to the story. She added so much to the plot; I loved reading her POV. Morgan is a force to be reckoned with, and I want to see her shine through. I loved accompanying Morgan on her journey of discovering her powers and entangling secrets while fighting her growing feelings for a certain winged fae king. The relationship between them is explosive and full of emotions, even though it takes time for them both to accept and process them.

But the story of Sapphire Falls is more than romantic relationships, no matter how beautiful they are. This is a story of kingdoms recovering from longtime conflicts, trying to build after everything g was destroyed, the story of secrets, meddling gods, ancient prophecies, the story of healing and accepting yourself for who you are, finding your place in a world so different from what you've known. It is a story about love, devotion, family, self-healing, dealing with trauma, embracing your faults and strengths, and embracing those who love and cherish you.

In short, Sapphire Falls will gift you:
- portal romantasy
- human technology in the fae realm
- reluctant heroes
- strong & fierce FMCs
- protective MMCs
- found family
- ancient prophecies
- secrets & intrigue
- love, loss & betrayals
- fated mates
- trauma healing
and so much more!

I really enjoyed the book. The second half was full of action and I loved the tension between Rylo and Morgan. The introduction of new characters and new relationships really had me gripped and the relationship between Avery and Morgan and how different they were was so relatable and interesting to see. I loved getting to find out even more about the realm and the different creatures as well. The quest element also added something different If you love grey characters, fated mates, court politics and magic then you will love this book. Rated 4.5 stars but can’t select half on here

I struggled to get into Sapphire Falls in the beginning. Quartz Mountain was so easy to fall into the world, and I wanted this book to be the same way. It did take longer to get me hooked, but once I was, it was fantastic! I loved that Avery and Morgan finally have each other again. I really hope that we see more of Morgan what she can do in book 3. It does end on a cliffhanger, but I think it will be worth the wait, especially if we have time for a re-read and catch anything we missed the first time around.

*late posting, but received as an ARC to give an honest review.

Now that Morgan has arrived in Aeritis, the sisters must figure out how to work together in this realm. Avery has to split her attention between helping her sister and working on her relationship with the new Latian King, which inevitably strains everyone. There is still much to do in the aftermath of the civil war and the girls still need to learn of a way to get back to their realm . . . if they even want that anymore.

I started this book so excited but a little apprehensive and somehow ended the same way. Adding another strong POV into the mix could have been too much, but I could not get enough of Morgan. Going back and forth between the sisters really helped detail their relationship and why they made the choices they did. I’m not quite sure I have a favorite sister, but I have a new favorite book. Excited and apprehensive for the next installment.

Once again Audrey hit it off with another jaw dropping book. If you have yet to read Quartz Mountain I highly recommend that you do because this series has quickly became one of my favorites and the one that I tend to always recommend to someone who wants to get into fantasy.

I thought that the cliff hanger at the end of book one was going to kill me with waiting but let me tell you that the cliff hanger at the end of Sapphire Falls is going to have you questioning and needing answers as to what’s going to happen next.

Savine and Avery are still my favorite characters and I’m absolutely loving the growth that the show in this book. Savine is slowly finding himself thanks to Avery, and Avery is slowly growing into the powers that she can access. In this book we got to meet Rylo who at first I did not like at all but halfway through the book he ended up winning me over and let me tell you I can’t wait to see what happens with his character.

Then we finally get to meet Morgan and see her story intertwine with everyone else’s. Morgan is so different from Avery in a every aspect including her powers and I can’t wait to see how she expands then. I’m excited to see how both sisters work with the dark magic as well. The chemistry between Rylo and Morgan though is absolutely perfect and I wish we could’ve gotten more of it from them.

The twist that got me the most? Selene is Rue’s soulmate 😳. I honestly don’t know how to feel about that because I love Rue but Selene is still ehhhh. Oh and what about Garnel losing his shifting capabilities due to you know what and Kyla’s big announcement on this book!

Towards the end Morgan and Susan head to Latiah to try and get Savine to help with the impending war. Sabine states that he will send Selene back with the answer. In the very last chapter we see the war begin and Selene flying back to Nepheli and Savine and his army coming behind her. BUT we are left to question what is going to happen to Morgan 🫣

Picking up where Quartz Mountain left off, we have Avery and Morgan reunited but the reunion is fraught with tension. Morgan is in Aeritis and she sees that her twin Avery has been living pretty well in her eyes. It took Morgan some time to get over her anger and hurt over thinking that Avery was dead to only find out she was in Aeritis living it up with her new soulmate. In the beginning of the story there was a lot of tension between the sisters, and you can see how different they are from one another.

Avery and Morgan are the twin witches who were prophesied about and now Kings are vying for control of them because they possess the power transform the realms. Savine refuses t give up Avery as he continues to fight to keep her safe and by his side all while trying to maintain control as the new King of Latian.

King Rylo, who is Savine and Avery’s enemy has taken Morgan for himself. Wanting Morgan for her powers, Rylo keeps her close to be used at his disposal. He never meant to fall in love. Morgan is a fish out of water. She wants to be with her sister; but she also wants to go back home. Morgan has come to terms with the fact that her an Avery are powerful witches, but she has no idea how to use her power.

Avery and Morgan are favored by the goddess Althea who send them on a quest to locate 5 missing artefacts. A mission that puts the sisters in danger and faces difficult decisions. Time is of the essence and both Avery and Morgan must learn to work together if they have any chance of survival or going home.

Expect To Find:

World Building
Found Family
Portal Romantasy
Enemies to Lovers
Human Technology in the Fae Realm
Witty Banter
Necromancy

Returning to the world of Aeritis in Sapphire Falls was an absolute delight, and I found myself even more captivated by this second installment than the first. Audrey Lynn masterfully picks up from the cliffhanger ending of Quartz Mountain, diving right into the action and intrigue that keeps you glued to the pages. The stakes are higher, the characters are more complex, and the world-building continues to expand in fascinating ways.

What really stood out to me in this book was the character development. While I loved following Avery and Savine as their relationship deepened, it was Morgan who truly stole the show for me. She’s a more complex and nuanced character than Avery, and watching her navigate the increasing power of her abilities and the political tension surrounding her was incredibly engaging. I also appreciated how King Rylo, who felt more like a straightforward villain in the first book, was given greater depth and attention in this installment, making him a well-rounded character with motivations that feel more layered and compelling.

The pacing of Sapphire Falls really picks up in the second half, where the plot begins to shine as the sisters’ quest for the ancient relics escalates. The writing is once again descriptive and immersive, drawing readers into this magical world with ease. I also enjoyed how the world-building continued to evolve, particularly as more of Aeritis and its history with humans are revealed. It added new layers of intrigue and mystery to the story that made the experience even richer.

Overall, Sapphire Falls is a strong continuation of The Lost Realm series. It’s packed with action, romance, and enough twists and turns to keep readers eagerly turning the pages. If you enjoyed Quartz Mountain, you’re in for an even bigger treat with this one, though be warned—the cliffhanger ending will leave you anxiously awaiting the next book!

Thank you to Audrey Lynn for providing me with an ARC of Sapphire Falls. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.

⬆️ Where is my portal?? I want one! 🤣

Audrey Lynn did it again! Such a fun, portal fantasy romance adventure!

The continued saga of Avery and now her twin sister Morgan. It all started when the sisters were hiking up Quartz Mountain and fell through a portal into the fae realm. Now with both sisters on their own journeys in the fae realm, the stakes are getting higher. Avery captivated book one and now both sisters dominated book two… which gave such an interesting dynamic to the story.

I started book two hating the villain and NOW I am 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 with him (and his wings). How did you do that Audrey Lynn?? Rylo and Morgan are my favorites. I just love their tension and banter (and mind speak).

Avery and Savine. He is now a totally protective cinnamon roll to her. He calls her Little Flower. I enjoyed seeing them navigate their bond and new roles in this book.

Sister relationship - Avery and Morgan. The moment when Morgan finds out how Avery has spent her time in Aeritis. 👀 I enjoy reading how different these two twin sisters are and their separate journeys. I liked their “twitchy itches” when they can feel something bad is going to happen.

Book two is FILLED with intrigue, love, loss, betrayal and so much more! And that ending!! I need book three ASAP!

This sequel was such a highly anticipated read for me this year, I was so incredibly excited to be able to ARC read this for the author. As always spoiler free. 😉

“You know I like it when you get possessive and obsessive.”

This is the second book in The Lost Realm series, and it did NOT disappoint! I have found many times that the second book in a series is slow, and I am happy to report that was NOT the case with Sapphire Falls. Not only that, but with the appearance of Morgan, the story was fresh and new, while still holding true to the themes and tones found in book one. I really loved that. The different POV’s really helped to move the plot forward, and Audrey Lynn has done an excellent job writing her characters with their human flaws.

I appreciate that the romance was an element of the story, and it fit in seamlessly with the events taking place. The side characters are not left behind in the writing, and I adore their diversity. I have loved since book one that Audrey Lynn includes LG fated mates, and that gender does not automatically define strength, and that really just continued to shine in this book as well.

Honestly if you’re looking for a new romantasy to pick up, start with Quartz Mountain and then immediately dive into Sapphire Falls.

If you’re into shadow mommies, fated mates, witches, portals, fae, what else do you need to know to start reading these today?! Let me know!

Wow I don’t know how to describe this book and especially the ending except for wow. I loved book one and picking up right where it left off with book one was spectacular. I loved how different Morgan is from Avery and actually loved her even more. The multiple POV had me flying through each situation because it was so cool seeing it from so many characters perspectives. The magic in this world is so unique and this book really goes into far greater exploration of Morgan and Avery’s abilities. The further dive into the humans, witches and portals was amazingly written. Audrey does such a great job of describing landscapes as well as fight scenes. The way they play out so vividly in my head is the reason I love her writing so much. Oh and of course there is lots of spice (finally!! In some cases), and it was so good! One of my favorite things in a book is tension and let me tell you the tension was absolutely delicious. Such great hate that I’m attracted to you type of tension! I was living for the moments of fire between a certain human and a fae! So so good!!
Be prepared that ending is a cliffhanger but god does it make me want so much more! I cannot wait for another part of this series.

There’s something about this book I’m unsure about.
I really enjoyed the first book, but again I had the same problem with the prologue in this book as I did the first one.

This book is also VERY slow. Beyond slow, and I struggled to get past the first 100 pages.
I’m not sure if it’s me, that I am not vibing with the book but it’s been rough.

I also feel like there is so much unneeded information.
I could go without knowing Savine could eat a bowl of the stew he was smelling although he just ate.
I am all for building a world and having details but it was just a sentence that didn’t need to be there, and with already feeling a certain way with the slow movement of this book, it irked me.

Besides that the book is okay, it doesn’t really pick up until near the very end around page 430.
There are things happening but I don’t feel that ‘suspense’ until then.
I think there’s just too much that went into this second book and it could have been broken up a lot better than it was.

The ending reminded me of how much I enjoyed the first book but I’m sad it took so long for me to feel that way with the other bits of the story.

✨I was provided an ARC but the review is completely my own opinion✨

This book continued right were book 1 leaves off. We now have Avery and Morgan in the same realm, showing different sides of their trauma that the last few months have caused. Avery, still mated to Savine, is trying to empathize with her sister, while Morgan is having difficulty looking past her demons. Morgan believes that Avery is integrating into this fae world in a means similar to Stockholm syndrome. The presence of the goddess marked twins in this world brings on more troubles that they all originally expected.

This book took my mind on such a journey, and adding Morgan into the mix definitely gave a perspective that is a bit more hardened and skeptical than Avery. Morgan shows multiple view opposite of Avery, most importantly, trying to find a way back home. Almost similar to The Two Towers a la LOTR, we are on the brink of a new war after finally finishing a decades long battle. As we continue through this story we learn who are our enemies and our allies as well as the grey in between. Lynn was able to interweave in political dynamics, romantic growth and development, as well as sibling love and squabbles. Who will build the strength to survive, and who will fall amongst the battle remnants.

Oh man!! I devoured this sequel! I received it yesterday and I am finished already! I thought Audrey hit it out of the park with Quartz mountain but she has outdone herself on Sapphire Falls! I am swooning over the love matches (even if they don’t all know it yet), I felt everything along with the characters, their love, joy, rage, and sorrow, it was all beautifully portrayed for us to enjoy. The pace of the story was amazing it kept things moving didn’t drag anywhere but wasn’t so fast I felt like I was missing something. The complex mixing of the sisters stories was engrossing and I am dying at the cliffhanger we were left on again (I love it but ahhhhh I don’t want to wait for the next one!!) I think I am going to have to re read it again soon, slower this time, to see if I missed any little details by reading through it so quickly! I couldn’t help it though I could not put it down!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read Sapphire Falls already now to impatiently patiently wait for the third book!

Name: Sapphire Falls
Author: Audrey Lynn
Rate: 4.75 🌟

~Before continuing on reading this book, please make sure you read book 1 Quartz Mountain... Now Sapphire Falls picks up right after that Cliffhanger ending, we had in book 1. We get to read a lot more about Morgan, Avery's sister and how she also got to join her sister in this amazing realm, even though Morgan does not think it's amazing like her sister does. I enjoyed the story between Morgan and King Rylo! Not sure if there is a love and hate relationship between... Probably they are fated mates? But I sure enjoyed the way he claimed her... Audrey did an amazing job with this book... It will drag you right in... Now it does end in a cliffhanger so please be aware.... But I repeat this book will not disappoint.

Tropes: Romantasy, Tension, Trauma Healing, Fated mates, Found Family, Human Technology in the Fae realm, Strong and Fierce MMC, Protective MMCs, Ancient Prophecies, Secrets and Intrigue Love, Lost and betrayals, and much more!!!!

After that cliffhanger ending from Quartz Mountain, I've been dying to get back to the world of Aeritis and fall back into wth is going to happen. We pick up right where we left off and this page-turner kept me up reading all night excited to get more in depth, see the sisters grow in their abilities, and see where this story takes us. My friend, it takes us on a continued epic adventure full of witches, fae, humans, tension, villains (you might just love), love and loss, twists, betrayal!, and war.

I loooooved the character development in Sapphire Falls; book 1 had the setup and the high stakes, the adventure, etc. but book 2 (!!) had all the character depth, intense action, twists, higher stakes, and ended on another even more insane cliffhanger that had me like "WHAT?!"

The epic quest, the sisterly bonds, the intensity of all the action, all the character complexities and dynamics, and even the cliffhanger ending makes this book another must read!

4.5 out 5 stars rounded up, don't sleep on this one!

"If you wish to keep your meager life a few moments longer, I suggest you remove your hand from what's mine."

Sometimes sequels fall short, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Sapphire Falls was magical and kept my interest every step of the way.

We got to dive deeper into Morgan and Rylo's characters. I know Rylo is supposed to be the "bad guy," but we got to see a different side of him. I couldn't help but fall for his charm. Likewise, Morgan is stronger than anyone gives her credit for.

The world building was captivating, which really helped further the story. I loved that we got to explore new realms.

I also enjoyed the multiple POVs. There are so many amazing side characters who have their own stories but fit into the main storyline perfectly. Of course, I'll forever love the bromance between Garnel and Savine.

Perfect if you enjoy:
✨️ Touch her and 💀
✨️ Fated Mates
✨️ Fae, witches, and goddess
✨️ Sibling relationships
✨️ Found family
✨️ Romantasy

I have to fully absorb this ending before I can write my full review, but I promise it's coming and I have only great things to say!

*2 days later*

Okay, so 5 out 5 🌟 I loved Quartz Mountain, and Sapphire Falls was a highly anticipated book on my tbr. Getting to know Morgan and some of the other characters from book 1 was what I was looking forward to the most. Audrey did such a great job introducing them in QM that I was so excited to get my hands on more of their personalities. The added plot was just a bonus to bring out those personality differences and character growths more.

Now let's talk about the ending because how DARE YOU AUDREY 😫😭🥹 I knew that it was going to leave me with raised anxiety levels but I had this tiny kernel of hope that maybe you wouldn't end it on a cliffhanger 😅 And don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the ending. I'm just ready to be asking for updates for book 3 every week until I inevitably get some crumbs of info.

Overall, another job well done!

I received an ARC of Sapphire Falls in exchange for an honest review.

*Rating disclaimer: My rating is 4.5/5 stars, but Goodreads won't let me rate it honestly with their star system.

Sapphire Falls is a worthy sequel to Quartz Mountain. This book brought in a wave of perspectives as well as a gang of new characters for us to watch out for. I loved reading about the progression and the growth of Avery and Savine's relationship.

Compared to the first book in The Lost Realm series, Sapphire Falls is dark, twisted, and gut-wrenchingly painful. Morgan and Rylo's budding love isn't without hardship and trauma--and yet the two complement each other so well.

My Favorite Tropes in Sapphire Falls
- Fated Mates
- Multiple POVs
- Family Bonds
- Enemies to Lovers
- Elemental Magic
- Found Family

I look forward to the rest of the series (patiently but also impatiently) and for Audrey Lynn to break my heart all over again.

Sapphire Falls is a perfect sequel to Quartz Mountain and the storyline continues beautifully. This portal fantasy into supernatural realm keeps the reader engaged. New characters are introduced along with new challenges, secrets and quests.
I absolutely loved Savine in the first book but in the 2nd you fall more in love with his character development. His devotion and love for Avery permeates throughout the storyline. Morgan adds a new depth to this story and her inner battle adds to her development. Watching her fall in love but fight these feelings is very entertaining. Although this is a romantasty it also has so much depth to the plot and characters. The characters must do a lot of inward work and self healing. It’s a beautiful story wrapped up in prophecy, friendship, overcoming trials and rebuilding.

The emotional rollercoaster I was riding was intense! This book left me dying for the next one!! The cliffhanger is so intense!!! Good job because I am already waiting for the next book! Absolutely recommend this book!! I will be rereading both very soon!

If I had no responsibilities I would have finished Sapphire Falls within hours! The second book in the Lost Realm series and it did not disappoint! If you love fantasy with a mentions of actual modern technology then you’ll love this series! I also am someone who really enjoys when there’s multiple pouts of view and this one had it all! I think there was atleast 5!! Everything seemed so seamless and went along with everything that happened in the first book. The spice this book was 🌶️🌶️ and the scenes were really original!! I can’t wait to see where this stories goes because of course it ended in another cliffhanger that I’m dying to know what will happen next!!!

I ENJOYED this one immensely!

Did I love the Avery-&-Savine romance arc? Sure. But did I relish every single detail of the tantalizingly delicious, decidedly ensconced in the moral grey areas, slow burn of a romance between Rylo & Morgan? You bet!

The element I enjoyed the most about Sapphire Falls is the brilliant friendship between strong, willful women that transcends the powerplay of the warring patriarchs.

Overall, it was a great, albeit long, read. Can't wait to find out how events will unfold in the coming books.

Oh my goddess above, this is one of my favorite reads this year! This is an ARC I just finished for Audrey Lynn, her lost realm series, the first being Quartz Mountain. A multiple POV, fantasy/romantasy- mates, fae, elk, Eagan, a kingslayer and some witchy women. The story line between Morgan and King Rylo was one I just wanted to devour myself in, i couldn’t get enough! I could feel their emotions through reading. Audrey did an amazing job with their character building and I absolutely cannot wait for what’s next. This did end on a massive cliffhanger and I’m just itching for more!

Let me start off with saying I love when an author continues a series right where the previous book left off. Audrey did just that and it’s the best. Her world building, character development and story line have grown wonderfully. I’m obsessed with her writing and characters.

I love when Savine shows his tenderness and love for Avery all while being firm in ruling. Seeing all the different characters develop their relationships and having Avery sister in the story now is a different turn but nice to see. Can’t wait to see this series truly blow up and become popular.

😱😱😱 When I say this book was freaking amazing I’m not lying!!! It starts off right where Quartz Mountain finished and we get to see the development of Avery and Morgan’s relationship as well as their romantic relationships with Savine and Rylo. (Savine is my favorite 😍)The world building in this book is off the charts!!! Not gonna lie I walk face first off the cliffhanger at the end and cannot wait for the next installment! Audrey is a talented writer who can easily compete with some of my favorite authors with how she paints the story. If you have not started this series you should like now!

Such an awesome sequel in a series! With it ending in a cliffhanger, I'm patiently (impatiently) waiting for the third installment. I devoured this book faster than the 1st! Loved all the character development because I didn't like Morgan at all at first. Warmed up to her but still keeping her at a distance. Loving the twists of the story, the surprise soul mates, & Kyla is still my favorite character but close is Hyacinth. I'm so in love with this series & can visualize everything as I read it. This series definitely surprised me all around!

Sapphire Falls picks up right where Quartz Mountain left off. I had such high hopes for this sequel.. and it did not disappoint!

I loved seeing Savine and Avery continue their relationship and grow into their soulmate status. We really got to get more personal with all of the characters with some very unexpected soulmate matches.

The ending will leave you with hope and you will want to jump up and down from the cliffhanger you’re left with. Audrey has done it again!

ARC Review ✨️

☆Perfect sequel♡

I couldn't wait to read this after reading Quartz Mountain! The story definitely exceeded my expectations. It picks up right where book one left us and was just so good. The story's pace was perfect for the storyline, and I can't express how much I love this author's writing and the world she created within these pages! The development of the characters was truly amazing, and I can't wait to see what's in store next!

Thanks so much to the author for the ARC!

Absolutely devoured this series!

I powered through these two books so fast! Can’t wait for the next book to come out! So bummed I have to wait! The cliffhanger…. Girl you did me dirty… I’m in stitches! Absolutely adore the world you have built and all of your characters! Cannot wait to see where you take this! I feel like I’m on the edge of my seat and now I can’t go to sleep, might need to re-read! Thank you for these gems!
