This was good!!! So many twists & turns right from the first chapter! Isis & Zay were so meant to be! The way they found their way back to each other & she finally gave him the chance he deserved was everything!

Xae & Mariah were so cute! I enjoyed seeing their love & trust for each other develop throughout the book!

Brandon & Regina… got exactly what they deserved!!

Great read overall! Definitely will be getting into more from this author!

Ok I was ready to fight Regina and Brandon! They had my blood pressure high! The intensity was insane.
It was really good. The first book left on a cliffhanger. I’m so glad it pick right back up. I enjoyed the different POV.
It was so many twists and turns in this book. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew what should go down.
I’m so happy that Isis and Zay got their chance.
Now I want a follow up book on Xae and Mariah! Hint hint!

Overall it was pretty good! Definitely enjoyed it!

Um it wasn’t a bad story. It was just a little dry in some areas. I honestly didn’t think we needed Xae and Mariah’s pov. Fast paced book but there wasn’t a warning SA. overall it was a decent follow up story.

I read Xae's book before I read Zay's book. Yeah I know backwards as hell. Anywho, I really enjoyed getting to know Zay. He was handsome, smart, paid, and ruthless when crossed. His love for Isis never wavered. He knew that they would be together.

Now Brandon on the other hand, was obsessed with Isis. If he couldn't have her then no one could. He also loved Regina, but Isis was it for him. However, he didn't see it coming. His "in due time" warning went over his head. He fooled around and found out that Zay was that guy.

Isis went through THE MOST this book! The rollercoaster was nothing compared to the first book. Zay kept that boss energy he just turned it up!!! Xae tho! I loved him more this book! To see that softer side is AMAZING! Mariah opened up a whole lot as well. Brandon & Regina got on my LAST nerves & their end results shocked me! A great end to a series

OMG!!

The sequel was everything!! Regina and Brandon deserved each other both were delusional and HATERS!! I was a little disappointed when Regina didn’t reach Brandon’s fate, with all the treachery she was committing in both books she needed to go!! I loved how Zay and Isis got their happily ever after with everything they endured!! I hope Xae and Mariah are next!!

It's an interesting storyline

This read has some pretty cool and engaging characters. It's emotional and dramatic here and there. The betrayal in the character's life, Isis, was very traumatic and relationship changing. I hit a few slumps here and there where the read stalled for me. I'll still recommend this as a good read. One click.

This book picked right up where the other left off. I hate Isis had to get hurt by Brandon and Regina like she did. I feel Regina should have gotten what was coming to her also but I also understand Zay. Zay loved Isis so much. Brandon got what he deserved I wish they could wake him and kill him again. Xae and Mariah I need more from them.

Loved how we jumped right back into the thick if things… showed how emotions can make you delusional… too secure even when your life is in danger…How lives can be uprooted because of one person’s desires, obsession and selfishness…one more to go & it’s a “quickie” lol

Whewwww... the drama from Book 1 carried all the way over into Book 2, and let me tell you right now...I was NOT prepared!

Why is Brandon still here?? Like, why is this man still breathing in chapters?? Somebody should’ve put him on a shirt a long time ago. His obsession is out of control, and the way he is still causing problems in Isis’s life? Unacceptable. And don’t even get me started on her family being in cahoots with him?! Like, make it make sense!

But listen, I ain’t worried. Because the way Zay is stepping behind his woman? Yeah… he’s not one of them. He is ready to handle everything. Quiet storm. No nonsense. We love to see it.

Now when Brandon finally ran that little plan of his? Oh, he took it too far...like WAY too far. At that point, I said whatever’s coming to him, he earned every single piece of it. No tears were shed. NONE.

This book was messy, wild, and had me locked in. If you loved the first, book two is gonna have you pacing the room like, “Oh no he didn’t.” The energy is UP.

Go ahead and get into it, then come back and let’s talk about it, because I have thoughts and facial expressions that need to be shared 😤😂
