Sadie has always been the outcast in her cloistered Canadian village. After a humiliating rejection, she signs up for a Bridal Exchange trip to Scotland, a wolf kingdom desperate for she-wolf brides to reverse their population crisis after several years of no births. But even the threat of extinction isn’t enough to make any of the Scottish Wolves want a 6-foot-tall, plus-sized she-wolf with a quirky whittling hobby.
Just as Sadie is about to give up, she and the other would-be brides are kidnapped by the Irish Wolves… who don’t want her either. In fact, they drop her off with three huge males. Three huge males who claim to be kings. Her kings.
That’s when Sadie learns she’s not the world’s most rejected she-wolf. Because actually, she’s not a she-wolf at all.
Too big, too curvy, too other—that’s exactly what at least two of these Irish Kings are looking for. But one of them—the High King, who gets the final say—isn’t so sure.
The word ruin comes up. A bunch.
After a lifetime of rejection, can Sadie put aside her insecurities and trust not one, not two, but three Irish Bear Kings with her heart?

I have been waiting for this book to be published because I felt a happy ending for Sadie was much needed. She was meek and felt left out because she's a bear living among wolf shifters but doesn't know her heritage thanks to her mom. I expected all three bears to be engaged in courting and winning Sadie, but one of the bear kings stays away and out of the story for any significant amount of time for weeks. Once he gets his stuff together and all three mate with Sadie, one of the kings has a breakdown in communication with Sadie a short time later which stalled their connection with that bear king. Next thing Sadie is pregnant and off looking for her mom for answers about her background. Finally, the book ends on snapshots of different characters and their families from other books, tying it into this one. I was less than enthused because so much of the book was taken to connect other stories, I felt cheated out of a focus on Sadie and her bear kings. The book ends weirdly to top it all off.
I have been WAITING on this book forever! I loved everything until the ending…not going to spoil but it felt very rushed and incomplete. You spend practically this whole book to the lead up of the love story of Sadie and her 3 bear mates and then you don’t even see the much of their relationship together after their hardships. At least continue the story after saving Sadie..but nope. I was ready to give this book 5 stars but after the feeling of the story being incomplete and rushed into the next I gave it 3.

Serious question. What has happened to Theodora!?!? Ummm…what was that! I almost threw my reading device. I don’t want to break up, but it seems imminent.
2.5 This was a bit of a struggle. Parts felt incoherent, but I put it down to me being tired. It was mostly fine, but the ending. I have no idea what that was about…
Before I delve into spoilers, I will tell everyone who wants a HEA or a HFN at the end of a romance story to wait until the next book, because.... * * * * * * * * * Previous characters are now widowed and widowers at the end of this book because the Scottish went looking for the stolen she-wolves and a few from both sides got caught in the crossfire and die. The sisters never reunite and now hate each other because a few husbands were unalived. I didn't like Naomie in Her Irish Wolves and by the end of this book I didn't like her either.
Also, the Irish started this war by stealing she-wolves and I didn't like the previous story because of this, anyway. I didn't like that nothing was done by Naomie in her book to try to get the she-wolves who were not mated back sooner to the Scottish (since a treaty was signed with them) instead of waiting til spring.
In any event the entire book was weird and I skipped many pages... or maybe I was offended by how this author portrayed the Caribbean mother in the first place (I'll probably reread Holt to compare how she writes Caribbean mothers). Caribbean mothers are no doubt over protective and can be pious in some of their beliefs (despite all the "sins" they commit), but are also very loving and accepting (it may take time) of their children. It didn't sit well that the mother was hateful for 23years!! I wish the softer side of West Indian mothers were portrayed here instead.

But I’m not going to lie the ending really ticked me off. Can’t go into details without spoilers but I just wish there was a separate additional epilogue for this story that actually fit with the full story. I almost gave it a 4 for that but I know I will return to the actual story of Sadie and her bears again and again.
I am so torn by this book. I enjoyed the story of Sadie and her Bears, but WTF was that ending?! The story felt incomplete when it abruptly jumped to an epilogue 20 years in the future featuring Dorie. There's 80% left in the kindle edition and the story is over....I'm so confused. Add to that, we have to wait until Feb 2026 to finish the series....this might just have blown the whole series for me. There is SO much missing!
Couldn't put this book down. Loved the development of the relationship between Sadie and the 3 kings. But storyline began to take a left turn with the Shadow King's week. And it never recovered. It was like the author got tired of the storyline and fast forwarded 20 years in the epilogue. Resolution to cliffhanger from Scottish Wolves included in the epilogue felt forced. Truly disappointed in how this one ended.
I’m sitting here upset and feeling cheated. What was the author going through in her personal life that she rushed the love story and then killed some of the characters that I loved. This book felt incomplete. I need her to write a 1.5 or a 2.5. I have questions and I need answers. I’m just hurt 😔 I’m gonna still “stick beside her” but I’m in my feelings right now.

This book seemed more like a side quest as opposed to a 2nd installment. There were quite a few unanswered questions from book one that weren't answered or even hinted at. Serious plot holes in book 2 on top of the lingering questions. The storyline is a little thin. It's 400 pages just to say she mated with 3 bears and a time jump in the epilogue that came out of nowhere. Book 2 had the potential but unfortunately it fell short.
I was fully engaged with the book and genuinely enjoyed Sadie's story. However, the epilogue was a major letdown. Its construction was lacking, making it difficult for me to navigate between the past and present. The conclusion regarding Naomi was particularly frustrating. While I appreciated Sadie's growth throughout the narrative, my admiration for Ciran was strong—I am convinced he possesses some kind of divine qualities or extraordinary gifts. Each of the kings had their own unique appeal, and I valued how they cared for Sadie.
More background on the High and Shadow Kings should be included. In "Her Irish Wolves," we received ample information about the Wolf Kings, but this book fell short in that aspect. I understand that the Shadow King is supposed to be a mysterious enigma; however, I felt an understanding of him should have been more developed.
The epilogue sparked numerous questions and felt rushed. While it’s necessary to tie up character arcs, the abrupt transition into the epilogue was jarring and unexpected. Without revealing any spoilers, I will say that I wanted more insight into the relationship development between Sadie and her kings as the story concluded, rather than the hasty transition we received.
This is the first book by Theodora that has disappointed me. Before the epilogue, I was completely hooked. Despite this, I believe the book is still worth a read for those interested in Sadie's growth, although opinions may vary.
It’s disappointing, especially since I was eagerly anticipating this book. The rushed ending has left me genuinely dissatisfied. Now, I am hesitant about the third book based on the transition in this one. The series had strong potential, but my enthusiasm has significantly waned as a result.
Oh wow this is a enjoyable and entertaining story! It easily pulls you into the story with saddest. There is so much excitement and chemistry with such awesome characters. I really enjoyed the story about these fated mates it so fantastic. It's a powerful combination of romance with some suspense which gives this story lots of drama you will enjoy plus all of the characters are so captivating and the kings are so amazing and their relationship is magnificent. This storyline is awesome but with some trigger points. I love the sweet moments between Sadie and Declan the High king and Tadhg the Mountain King plus Cian the Shadow king the four are amazing then you add in their emotions along with the instant attraction then you have a very pleasurable experience. This is what I fell in love with besides Sadie and her three mates their sister and brother characters they are amazing.I must tell you how much I enjoyed the intriguing twists and the battles their relationship goes through this made it so I couldn't put my reader down I was so engaged. I enjoyed their humor it worked so well that I couldn't help but laugh out loud at their antics. This is a awesome paranormal romance along with the suspense it's what makes this story so marvelous." This is definitely one great story by Theodora Taylor to read. I have one thing to wish and that is I need more and I hope that it means I get to read the next generation story because they were very unique and interesting. I have to say this again its a truly fantastic story and I'm excited to read the next story which I Highly Recommend Reading this one because its truly delightful entertainment."
Her Irish Bears have it all: a controlling mother with secrets, a compliant daughter who desires acceptance and love, and discovers her true worth on her journey. Three incredibly sexy, smart, dominant Bear Kings are more than ready for their Potential. Sadie's cloistered life in her Puritan village in Canada joins the she-wolves in the bridal exchange to Scotland for the male Scottish wolves. History repeats itself, some 500 years later, and Sadie is presented to the 3 Kings, deeply rooted in traditional rules. It is both in their kingdom and time with them, Sadie learns about herself and is fully engaged in her training. For this story, another prophecy is revealed, setting off a chain of events that ultimately have our heroine and her mates fighting for their HEA. The High King, The Mountain King, and The Shadow King are intense, loving, protective, and pleasure-pleasing ready for Sadie. Their courtship is steeped in tradition, with specific rules that must be adhered to. One of the kings has the final say on their union. There will be no spoilers here. However, I will say the journey for all of them is truly special. This story has family secrets, revelations, more than one kidnapping, a second-chance happiness, and Scottish wolves characters cross-overs ending with the finale of HEA. It does help to read Her Beary Sexy Christmas and Her Beary Spicy Valentine for the introduction of bear shifters background.
story was a letdown. I was waiting for this book and I'm so disappointed. Sadie deserved a better story after the trauma she had been thru with her mom and her village.
2 Kings had to prepare get the High King who could say no ti the union. HK was listening to her in bear form, spilling her secrets, and she didn't know it was him. The wedding was horrible and I guess her going into heat suppose to make HK betrayal disappear. Then MK has a mental breakdown and causes Sadie to have a mental breakdown. Sadie just had to go get answers at her Canadain village only for her and HK to get kidnapped.
After Sadie and Declan 6 kidnapped by her mother and the wolves, it jumps to 20 years later. Sadie and the 3 Kings ending story was an afterthought. I would have like to read a conclusion to their story. How MK and Sadie trust was rebuilt. how was HK rescued. How did Hamish (wolf) and the bear mother even work in a relationship. so many unanswered questions to just leap Dories story in the epilogue.

WAY better than Her Irish Wolves. Naomi was insufferable and according to the ending of Irish Bears - she stays that way and gets worse (im sure TT is faking something for a plot twist but Im not here for it). the ending absolutely derails and I dont think Claudine Ellis deserved any love but hey, her book not mine. i almost gave it a 5/5 until the last 2 chapters and the Epilogue. just kinda rushed and too much just to lead into Her Dragon Shifters. ***** better get some redemption - I need answers about his....absence. love that Sadie was treated poorly and she decided to make decisions for herself and that she didn't spend any time feeling down on herself. as soon as she was taken and met the met and they told her anything, she believed them. there was thay weird set-up about her splitting her time between the 3 that didnt really get resolved... but leading up to it - the men were cute. I liked the Scottish men more than the Irish men stories. but the Bears were infinitely better than the Wolves.

Alban from Her Scottish Hero has been dead for 20 years. He never met his son and was only with his mate for a few months before Naomi from Her Irish Wolves kills him. The man was trying to rescue her. The Sea and Wild King are dead too and she broke up the the Dublin King. Nobody has a mate anymore.
There’s no HEA or HFN. It’s just 💩
I am beginning to think Theodora Taylor hates her readers and is only trying to get her Kindle Unlimited page count up. Over 120 pages of the book are from a different book.
This has shown me I need to stick with real interracial romance authors like Kenya Wright, Tiffany Patterson, Keta Kendric, Sienne Vega, Evelyn Sola, etc. They have the decency to not kill off our beloved characters. They are talented enough to reel readers with talent.
If I were you, I’d stay far away from her Scottish Wolves Series and this one too.
I was eager to read this book since the first one. The cliffhanger of what happened to Sadie and the men who took her was so interesting. I really like Sadie's character. She was so sweet but broken. Her terrible relationship with her mother and her rejection by the village felt very real. I did giggle realizing Sadie choosing the bears over the other men because same girl. Too often in why choose books, the men are interchangeable or have the same basic personalities. I liked the differences between the Mountain, Shadow, and High Kings. I pretty much enjoyed the book until I neared the end. Sadie's story wrapped up nicely but the time jump was so disorienting. And finding out Naomi didn't actually get her happily ever after was upsetting. I know the situation with the Scottish and Irish wolves might not end well but it felt like Naomi was an entirely different character. I will read the next one because I'm curious why a dragon would be asleep under a lake.

Time for the Irish Bears to find Love. Sadie was kidnapped in the Irish Wolves book and this is her story. She had been lied to, used and bullied all her life. Sadie had self doubt and low self esteem but decided to start living life her way and then an incident happened. The Shadow King and Mountain King had plans of their own. The High King was being stubborn and didn't want any part of their plan. Plans and decisions are made..let the fun begin. I love how the "training" was done and her conversations with the friendly bear. I laughed when Sadie spoke her mind at the ceremony lol. Her mom was crazy, interesting, and somewhat loving. Brigid was so funny and is a woman you want to have in your corner at all times. Forgiveness for everyone comes in pieces. The big reveal near the end had me a little down but the ending...WOW!! Looking forward to the next book!!
After finishing and really enjoying the first book a while ago, I was excited to see that this one had been released so I dove straight. I couldn’t wait to read more about Sadie and what happened to her. But unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. While I loved the relationship between the four main characters, so much of it was superficial but at the same time, really confusing. So many characters, many with multiple names, and locations jumping around frequently, that I got utterly lost more than once. Add to that, the time jumps and mid sentence stops and I quickly grew frustrated. This had so much potential but unfortunately really missed the mark for me. Perhaps if I’d read it immediately after book 1 it’d be less confusing, but I’m not invested enough to go through both again.
In Her Irish Bears, Sadie Ellis has never felt like she belonged, and coming to the Scottish Wolves village did help. Of course, she did not expect to be kidnapped, and she definitely did not expect to wake up to the Shadow King and the Mountain King. And apparently there's a High King. Wait, what do you mean they're bears? Has Sadie been a bear this whole time?!!!
I like this book, but I absolutely hate it. It's very well written, good plot, Taylor is a master etc etc. But I hate that both the main story and the epilogue end on a cliffhanger. And I know the answer will be in the third book, but I hate it still.
But, if you like, bear shifters, quads, and finally finding someone that likes YOU, this is definitely for you.
The book felt really really rushed like I feel like we had a shit ton of sex scenes with the MK and then like more sex scenes but no actual relationship building or anything of that nature I guess the sex was supposed to be the relationship building 🤷🏾♀️ and the fact that the SK gets passed over completely like I get it he doesn’t like to be around people but we only get two scenes in the entire book where they are alone and the 90 percent is her with MK and then she magically forgives HK for stringing her along for 90 percent of the book and it isn’t addressed again and the fact that she kills off a bunch of man characters and the way she goes about it all of it just seems very rushed this is by far the worst book I’ve read by this author

I loved this story and liked the fact that the MFC discovers who she is and her worth. Her mother was misguided The three bears were her mate and truly loved her which is what she wanted There is some suspense and definitely lots of loving as only mated shifters can do There were several loose ends I wish the author had cleared up The epilogue was too far away from the ending of the story and left you wondering what happened based on what the epilogue revealed I enjoy Theodora books and Book one was great I will definitely read Dorcas’s story when it comes out and hope it too doesn’t have an epilogue that really doesn’t match the ending
I did not like what the epilogue leads to in regards to some of the characters. I am hoping its a dream sequence.
I am glad that Sadie was chosen, but not glad about the secret surronding her true form.
Like other books by this author, the dialogue made me laugh out loud. Especially when her true nature was being explained to her. Poor Sadie just knew she was a wolf....lol
These wolves and bears need to just stop taking folks though.
Sadie's story was a great addition to the series. I just can not get past the end of the book.
I thoroughly enjoyed this RH (Reverse Harem) story with Sadie and her 3 Bear Kings. What a scorcher! Passionate chemistry for days, and exactly what Sadie deserved after the hellish upbringing she endured.
Lots of intrigue going on in the plot, with past and present worlds being connected. I was kept on my toes while I immersed myself in the story. Excellently written and developed story that ended on a cliffhanger, and I can't wait for Part 3. Grab this one quickly!
What I loved most about this book is that Sadie came into her own. We finally got the back story on the awkward, shy girl. I absolutely hated how her mother treated her, but was happy to see her come out on the other side. I loved how the three kings loved and doted on her. What I didn’t like was how the last chapter ended and the epilogue. I was not a fan of the twist and felt like it contradicted the earlier relationship with the sister. Otherwise the book was pretty good. Looking forward to the next book in the series.
I love anything written by Theodora Taylor and this book is no exception. The plot was brilliant and a nice surprise and I’m glad Sadie found a place where she truly belonged and with three bear kings who really adored her. I do feel a bit let down though as I didn’t like the way things were left concerning Sadie and the Mountain King, Tadhg. I liked them all but I liked him the most. That said this was an enjoyable and highly stimulating read! If you don’t mind cliff-hangers then you’ll absolutely love this book. I promise. I was given an ARC and I am leaving my review voluntarily.
I wish the author would have continue Sadie’s in the bear shifters POV instead of the one she went with, but overall it was a good book towards the end. I was kinda getting confused. I just really wish we could’ve got a deeper version of MK and Sadie and how they worked out there and how they were after the whole walking thing when they finally reunited and I wish we could’ve seen more cases perspective of him getting the Army together to go to the Scottish wolves king
This was red hot, Me Taylor has certainly up the bar with this offering 😊. As always excellent storytelling with full vibrant characters, you felt like you were a part of the story. I just could not out the kindle down until I had read this book. If you have not already read the first in the series, what are you waiting for? I guarantee you will be drawn in and love it.
