Very dated! The pantry list includes supposedly healthy substitute ingredients such as I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and Velveeta. Most of the soup recipes start out with canned soup. There may be cooks who appreciate these sorts of recipes, but everyone else, be forewarned about the kind of recipes you'll find here!

Good recipes that rely on reduced fat ingredients to make them "healthy." Seems a little dated.
