Pressure Cooking the Easy Way was in some ways an excellent book. The charts and time guides are staying with me for life and I know my way around a pressure cooker. The basic information about how to get the most out of you pressure cooker was eye-opening if you've never used one of those bad boys. I found the recipes fair and needing lots of tweaking with much more spice and flavor choices. All things considered, those charts and tips are keepers.
