I have several cookbooks dedicated to bread making exclusively, as well as several solid encyclopedia style books that have decent sections on bread making. I think this little pamphlet is a wonderful gift to give to a brand new, self conscious baker or to someone who has limited space in their house. Like all Storey titles, it's short but informative. No complaints here!
