This is a fun read if you like urban fantasy meets high school drama/mean girls. A nice quick-read book - especially nostalgic for kids from the 90s and tons of references to music from back then. That said, I'm sure readers of all generations will enjoy it.
Shadow Sisters features multiple narrators, with different points of view that add a dynamic perspective. There's love, friendship, loyalty, the fallout of parental abandonment, even a neuro-divergent character, and representation of the queer community. Read it.

The diary style writing and then the different narratives made this such a fun read. The suspense, action, and thrilling plot made this so hard to put down. I flew through this book! Please do an offshoot YA series about the origin story of twee hipster Claudette!
