This short Novella is essentially an allegory of Marriage in the Western World of Suburbia. When a man wakes up in a hospital with amnesia, it symbolised that he has lost his way completely, and the woman who takes control of his life and his memories is essential the ‘Wife of Noble Character’ in the modern sense of the concept of marriage. But it turns out she might be a serial killer who has abducted numerous men in the hope of landing herself a good husband.
Can the protagonist of the story find his way back to his true life by regaining his memories? This question is posed to any man who has fallen prey to a woman, and has been forced to dance to her tune for the remainder of his wretched life. Women are obsessed with their procreative drive to breed, and build a nest, while men ought to conquer new frontiers of ideas as wizards of fortune, not suburban mortgage slaves.
And this is why in 2024, more and more women are having a hard time finding a husband. Men have woken up to the amnesia, the effects of retrograde suburban bullshit, and this novella celebrates this emancipation of Western men throughout the globe… It’s essentially the story of a metoo# movement for men!
