This book is a concise summary of labor law. This was a great book for union officers to read, especially young officers. It will help them understand how much of the world they can try to change. Union members should also read this book so that expectations can be realistically set. It is a quick read and will have a place on my go shelf.

An excellent primer to Labor Law. It reminded me how unfair the current Labor Laws are to the worker. Almost got five stars.
