India Johnson-Williams was born and raised on the cut throat streets of Detroit, MI also known as the Dirty Glove. She attended Wayne State University pursuing a degree in Business Mgmt. She's married and is the proud mother of one. She loves to write urban fiction because it s as close to real as you will ever get. One day she hopes to become a household name and give the game what its been missing.
OMG! I'm almost speechless. This was hands down one of the best urban fiction books I've read along with the previous two in the series. India you are the definition of a true author "A Boss". You truly have a gift in which makes me proud to say I am a fan for life. When I got to the last couple of chapters of this book I began to see India's gift of writing begin to glow like Leroy's hand movements in the movie "The Last Dragon". Thank you. The bar has been set. Pay attention authors.
Please, please tell me that it will be another book! Don't leave us hanging like that! I have so many questions!! Begging for another book Ms. India!!!
I don't pay for books because to many are free... however from the first book to this last in the trilogy I couldn't stop reading. I'm sad that this set isn't longer I swear I'd probably pay way more then I ever should for a book lol. I'm from the bottom and this book was so well researched and on point that I related to a lot of what Jane doe was going through. from beginning to end your hooked and never see the things that are about to happen... I would give a million stars if possible
As expected, India did her thing. I love that she recapped wat all went down at the end of part 2. The rest picked up seamlessly. Jane Doe did wat she does best. Hated that she had to lose some ppl for one reason or another. Great ending to a great series.
Continuing from part 2. Janelle didn't let her uncle chucky take her out the game she made her own way. Now that a bounty is on her head she fights to be a gangstress. With the feds now after her she has to make smarter moves but trouble seems to find her when friends get greedy. Now facing serious jail time Janelle never expected friends, old workers, and her only family left her granny to turn against her.Now that she has a seat along with Alicia at the mafia table she takes matter in own hands to remain free. Ace out of jail she lets him bond with ju but she has to figure out if being married is worth bravo career. With only Alicia by her side Jane finally get a chance at a normal life when she alters her look once getting sentenced to life in jail.
This series ended so Damn good. I glad Janelle made it out in her own little way (lol) I loved Bravo but Ace was awesome as well and his loyalty shown bright as a diamond at the end. Ali stayed under which was good but that Damn Blondie who would have figured. When I tell you the Gangtress series gave me all kind of life I didn't want it to end but I knew it had to. India you did an wonderful job penning this Series and I can't wait to read so much more from You. Y'all one-click if you don't you have missed out
I want to congratulate India on a well written series. It was good from beginning to end, not a dull moment. Janelle was truly a gangstress, loved the twist and turns in the book you didn't know what was going to happen from one moment to the next and the ending OMG that's all I am going to say. It is truly a most read all three books. I will say she could have combined the into one book and it would have still been good.
This was a awesome read that Jane Doe was a real Gangstress Mafia Chick for real I know she did not play with the AFM she build that with Alicia. Dang I hope this series is not over jet but keep up the good work India
Once again she has done it. This book was good, I wonder if there will be a part 4. I was good with the ending. Jane Doe did her thing and Ali is a true ride and die bestfriend. I was scared a min for Ace. We shall see how Ju Ju turn out.
this book was a good ending. I wish the ending had not been so unbelievable. I wish there was another way to when the case, the ending took away from some of the realistic possibilities of the book ...overall good read
Excellent read, even though it's about gangsters,I really enjoyed all three books and liked the ending even better,at least she was able to get away from everything with her family intact,
It's a good thing Janelle kept a plan B on hand at all times & powerful friends that could assist her in carrying them out....I thought she and Ace were made for each other...good ending to a great series.
India is a beast with the pen! This story was a banger from beginning to end. I'm happy with the ending but there's a special place for those who aren't loyal. But alls well that ends well!
I enjoyed reading this last installment. I was able to get more involved in the storyline this time. Will definitely look out for more books by this author.
The ending was a little far fetched but it was still a good read! I'm glad there isn't any more parts and the author ended the sequel! Sometimes all theses different parts is too much! I like for it all to be in one novel! Overall I still enjoyed it!
