Really fun and creative issue. I love how they used the lore of Jack Frost and turned on its head. It really made for some chaotic action scenes. There was also some good character development for Amaranth in this, too!

Just seems to be a progress point check-in for Amaranth and her training.

"I always thought Jack Frost was stop-motion, shows me for trusting the TV."

Another adventure with Wanda and her new apprentice. I appreciate seeing the mystical side of the Marvel universe. This issue felt like a knight v dragon type of story. Seeing what is behind the incursion of ice worms was a good story line. This issue highlighted the growing frustration between Amaranth and Wanda. Their in ability to move past the unknown with Amaranth is eroding the good will between the two. The conflict will probably be resolved but it gives a little more bit to the issue.
