I remember the story in the X-Men, but never really got the whole picture. This was a refreshing look back into the past and I'm curious as to where it will go.
I have always enjoyed Rogue. This has potential to be fun but teh stuff with Magneto didn't draw me in. Hopefully the next issue shakes things up and gets me more invested. The art was pretty good albeit a bit fan service heavy. I'm not someone that is offended by that but it felt like it was being done just because.
Pretty art. The first half, where its just Rogue vibing in the savage land with constant caption voiceover was great. Once Magneto showed up and a plot began to develop it got a little worse, but I hope it gets more interesting eventually.
