Here we get a little more backstory to Gonzo - (Kyle) Tallie's brother, in the first book she was out for revenge with the MC, thinking they were responsible for his death.

Gonzo meets the mayor's daughter, not a good thing, especially where we all know it's going - he tries to stop, but his feelings are just too strong for Brenna. He is nice to her, she brings out the good in him - and she helps the club, with information she overhears from her father. The club doesn't believe her, and it makes for some misinformed feelings ALL AROUND.

I enjoyed the first in this series, but honestly wasn’t sure how I’d like this one. I’m happy to say I enjoyed it quite a bit.

It’s nice to get the back story behind things you learned in the first book, and this one makes you want to jump right into the next in the series.

Definitely recommended. 
