Book 3—Donna is finding out all of the things she was not aware of during her marriage. WOW! As Cape Charles comes together after a hurricane, she sees a lot of what she’s missed out on over the years. This book ends with a shock. What will she find out next?
Book 4—What a convoluted mess Donna and her sister, Angela, are in right now. Donna is seeing how much a small town has to offer regarding support, people seeing you without appointments, and how they’re willing to help a neighbor.
Book 5–Life has been getting harder and harder for Donna. About the time she relaxes a little, something else turns that to her is worse than the problem before. I enjoyed this book because of how so many in Cape Charles came together to help Donna and Angela with the huge cleaning up at the Locke Inn. The doorbell just rang. What’s coming next?
Book 6–It takes hard work, help from the community, trust, and much more, but a new updated Locke Inn comes back into business.
I enjoyed this series of The Forgotten Inn very much. It was fast paced, easy to read, and so easy to become involved as Donna pushes through with determination.
