IF YOU GO AFTER KIDS, YOU’RE ON HARRY’S LIST... AND HARRY’S LIST IS A BAD PLACE TO BE...Harry Bauer takes out the trash. He’s a killer. It’s what he does. He’s the best and that’s why Cobra employed him. Because their job is to bring justice to those who commit crimes against humanity, but are beyond the reach of the law.
Hussein-i Sabbah should have been on Cobra’s list of trash to be taken out, but somehow he had managed to stay in the shadows, keeping to the dark places where evil festers and commits atrocities that never make the headlines.
So when fifteen year-old Beverly Cook, daughter of controversial billionaire tech giant Jeff Cook, disappears, and her father receives a videoed message from Sabbah, telling him Beverly is in a cell underground, and she will die there if Sabbah’s terms are not met, Jeff Cook turns to Cobra.
But Cobra can’t help him, because Sabbah is not on their list.
So the head of Cobra, Brigadier ‘Buddy’ Byrd, arranges a private meeting with Harry. He knows that if you go after the weak and the vulnerable, if you go after kids, you’re on Harry’s list.
And Harry’s list is a bad place to be.

Fast moving thriller that has Bauer recruited to carry out a rescue operation of a daughter of a weapons manufacturer supplier to the American and Israel governments kidnapped by Islamic terrorists. A highly risky operation which at first attempt resulted in him getting seriously injured requiring time for recovery. On the second attempt Bauer was reported as having been killed to provide cover for his rescue which required working alone and solving problems which eventually allowed him to rescue the girl and escape leaving death and destruction in his wake.
This was the typical Harry Bauer rescue chapter . But this time he gets a little more than he usually gets . Gets beaten up pretty good on ship then has to recover and go back and rescue Beverly. Except this time Hassan thinks he's dead. But he brings the fire power with him and really scopes out what he is up against before trying to get Beverly back. 10 stars p!us!!!!! Thanks Carl Clause
Harry Bauer takes on an impossible mission, find a kidnapped girl with very little intelligence to help him and ultimately kill the terrorists who have kidnapped her,all of this to be done with little or no help from his friends at Cobra, but nothing is ever impossible where Harry Bauer is concerned and the terrorists who have kidnapped her are about to find out why Harry is
I know it’s fiction, but good grief! Way too far-fetched and just ridiculous. I’m sure others enjoy this kind of fictional craziness, but a one-man-show wiping out dozens of people, enemy military equipment, and vehicles, etc. single handedly is not my cup of tea. No more Harry Bauer books for me!

I have read all of the Harry Bauer books in order and have never been disappointed. Lots of action and, as usual, Harry doing what he does best. A great read and I look forward to the next read, A Time to Die ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Harry Bauer is invincible. He is beat up and shot only to rise up again and again. Yet you got to love his determination and spirit. This is a compelling story/adventure. Good job.
This is a good book to read. Each book Blake Banner writes in the Harry Bauer series is worth reading. Harry Bauer books are better if you read them in order, because you get to know Harry better with each book.
These books are getting so tired - exact same every time, rinse and repeat. But I am sticking with them because I absolutely have to see Harry’s journey through to the end.
