CLAIMED BY MY BESTIE’S DAD by Mia Sterling is an age gap romance with secrets, lots of dogs, family and friends. There are surprising twists that had me turning the pages to see what would happen next.

This is Ethan and Madison’s story and is told in alternating chapters. We get to know them a little at a time and they are both likable. Not so much his grown daughter, Aurora, who just happens to be Madison’s best friend. They shouldn’t have worked as a couple but they click early on and there seems to be no turning back.

There are several stories being told and most were portrayed realistically. There are holiday gatherings, lots of interactions with the dogs Madison dog sits, some steamy moments as well as romance, loving and love. The story was sometimes choppy and the pacing was at different speeds and didn’t always work. There is closure and a happily ever after nicely portrayed. I would have liked the story to go on a little longer.

Claimed by my Bestie’s Dad is the second book in the Beachside Billionaires series. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this amazing age-gap romance book which captured my attention from beginning to end. Claimed by my Bestie’s Dad is a Christmas Pregnancy Romance with Dr. Next Door. Claimed by my Bestie’s Dad is the amazing story of Ethan and Madison who are absolutely fantastic characters. Author Mia Sterling is a phenomenal storyteller and an astonishing writer who in my opinion puts everything into the books that she writes for her audience. I absolutely love how Mia has the chapters flow from one to the next with such ease. Claimed by my Bestie’s Dad is a book that I would absolutely encourage others to read. I’m not going to reveal any details about Claimed by my Bestie’s Dad because I don’t want to reveal any spoilers about the book to future readers. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Author Mia Sterling will write for her next book.

Doctor's Second Chance at Love

I didn't like Madison at first and thought she was extremely arrogant to ask a stranger for a loan to build a surf school. She was alone and just wanted to build a life. Her best friend Aurora suggested Madison to ask her dad for a loan. Both got mad and she stormed off. Ethan came to apologize and both were attracted to one another and acted upon it. As a doctor, he should have ensured that pregnancy did not occur. When Madison told Ethan she was pregnant, he wasn’t mad or upset. In fact, he was looking forward to a new life with Madison and their baby.

As for the character of Aurora, she is extremely selfish and thinks the world revolves around her. When her mother left, she lived with her father and his focus was on her. Now it’s not and she’s jealous and upset. I could understand her confusion about her best friend and her father but attraction happens and sometimes love follows.

It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even put it down. OMG 😱 Ethan and Madison romance was a spicy world of and rolling coaster ride. The chemistry between them was sexual tension and the physical attraction was sizzling hot. They couldn’t fight the temptation any longer. There were many secrets and twists to this romance. With the exception of family’s , friends and even a lost dog in this moment. One night with him will change her life forever. How would Aurora understand the passion that Madison had for her best friend father. Will she accept the relationship or will her friendship be ruined. Oh boy!

All Madison wants is enough money to start her dream surf school. So when her best friend, Aurora, tells her to speak to her dad about a loan the last thing she expects is a case of mistaken identity on arrival.

Ethan is expecting company of the female kind when Madison shows up at the door. Problem is, he thinks she is his date for the evening so he is way more friendly than is expected for his daughter’s best friend.

Once the truth and the awkwardness fades, they both realise that there is some definite attraction between them but should they act on it?

This is a story of a forbidden romance with a whole heap of dogs.

This is book two in the series which can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading book one first as there are a bunch of cameos.

I am forever a sucker for age gap romances. This one had me hooked from the beginning. I loved the way the author incorporated pieces from the first book as well.

Things I loved: surprise pregnancy, how much he loves her and how independent she continues to be even though she secretly loves when he takes care of her.
Things I didn't love: how spoiled his daughter acted all the time. Aurora is a very controlling character and honestly not my favorite person in the series so far. She says and does things in a way that don't really give people a chance to say no.

Overall I absolutely loved this book. It kept me reading well past my bedtime but it was so worth it to be tired at work the next day.

Little did she know that would be the move that would set off a steamy affair. Now things are getting heated up and their secrets are about to come out. How does Madison explain to her friends that she's been claimed by her bestie's dad?

A realistic love story for sure. There's friendship, love, secrets and holidays. Perfectly told from both him and her, and I love how you get to know the main characters. A great read and look forward to reading the rest of the series!

This book was sooooo good! I love a good bestfriends dad romance and this was really really good! one of my absolute top favorites!

its about this girl named Maddison who is trying to get a loan for her upcoming surfing business when unfortunately it didnt go through. Maddison's best friend Aurora tells her to ask her dad, who is also a doctor for the loan. Aurora's dad, Ethan, happens to live right next store to Maddison, so she goes up and asks him.

However, Ethan accidently thinks Maddison is the escort that he's paid for. So when he starts suduces her, shes shocked but turned on...

Spinster Sisters of Oak Island book 2 brings the girls back with a friendship breaking romance entwined in the mix. Maddison and Aurora best friends. Maddison falls for Auroras dad who is twenty years older. Relationships get stretched and feelings get hurt. The emotional ride feels real as well as the characters growing and changing as the story develops. All parties make it through with some pain and growth and end up stronger. Good love story ending and has me “hooked” for more.

Ethan was expecting an escort to go out and pass some good time ,
She came in time he noticed that this woman is still young,and she was acting strange .
The doorbell rang and when he opened the door he recognized the woman.
So he said who is the woman inside🤔
When he was back inside ,she told him that she’s the best friend of his daughter,she came here so he can give her a loan to open her surf school.
But things didn’t went good like she d expect to.
This is a good story to read,I loved it.
I recommend reading it to those who love reading age gaps.You will love it for sure.

Talk about embarrassing! Madison goes over to her best friend's dad’s house to ask for a loan in order to open a business. He thinks she is the escort that he had ordered. Ethan made an honest mistake the escort he ordered came just a few minutes after Madison. Madison is keeping dogs for their owners while they are on vacation. The dogs cause many problems which is hilarious. I really enjoyed reading this book.

I honestly wasn’t sure how I felt about the 20 year age gap when I started reading. It’s not like he left his wife for her. And the hypocrisy of it all is that if it was the reverse situation I probably would have stopped reading the book. The storyline is sweet. And it’s just not a book with mostly sex in it it’s got a plot. All in all it’s a good read if you like age gap tropes.

This is Book 2 in the Beachside Billionaires Series by this author, and can be read as a standalone. It is an age gap, off limits romance between Madison and her best friend's dad, Ethan. These two flawed but likeable souls and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. It is a slow burn love story with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, family dynamic, and engaging secondary characters. Entertaining.
