Turns out, my best friend's daughter is raising money with an OnlySantas account to start her business.
At first glimpse, I'm shocked. I know that tattoo. The curve of her lips. But I don't stop watching, even though she's off limits.
As a successful tech tycoon, I could bank roll a thousand doggy day spas and she knows it. But I have a sinking feeling the reason she didn't come to me is because I turned her down a year ago.
Seeing her on camera unleashes a possessiveness I've never known. I duck out of an important meeting, jump on my private jet, heading for the mountain cabin where she's live streaming. I need to get to her before she peels off those candy-striped stockings.
The Billionaire's Naughty List is a spicy, instalove, age gap novella about a billionaire who discovers his possessive side, finally learns to trust his gut and claims his forever girl.
Evie Croft crafts why-choose romances that will make you laugh and gasp. She also pens short, steamy, over-the-top romances that are sure to captivate. Hailing from the southern United States, Evie is a champion for the underdog, an animal lover, and a firm believer in the power of friendship. When she's not weaving tales of love and adventure, you'll find her enjoying a good book and a glass of wine.
This was a let down of a way to end this series, but mostly because no one could compare to Gabe and Bella from the last book. But I will say that this insta-love was a bit too much for me, mostly because everything happened off page. The age gap (father’s best friend), the attraction, her initially expressing interest and his rejection, and then a year of him pining over her because he made the wrong decision. All of that was told to us in a few sentences and happened off-page. The only thing that happened off page? Him coming to her at a mountain cabin and them being together – wink wink – for a few days before the rest of their families descended for the holidays. So it felt rushed and lacking even a semblance of a plot because everything important, before and after, happened off page. The only thing that was happening on page was the spice. Which, hey, there is an audience for that, but after watching this series progress I think I wanted a little bit more.

This one was cute--as cute as a steamy AF holiday-themed novella can be, anyway. I liked that even though it's an age gap/forbidden-ish romance it didn't lean into shame or lying about their relationship or draw out the angst over it all--the short format definitely helped here, but overall it just had a good vibe despite the differences in the MCs life experiences. It's clear that 2 of the side characters have their own story (or maybe will have one?) and I wouldn't mind reading that one either. ;)
Even when it isn't Christmas, this story pulls you in.
I worried about her camera since I'm a detail freak... And then Elliott fetched it for her. Problem solved.
It is so refreshing when a strong man admits to feelings. Truly rare, in books or in life.
I never really understood that whole 'I'm too old for her' vibe. Always drawn to older, more mature men, it made perfect sense to me. Funny how few 'cougar' stories we see though. I wonder how readers would relate to that?
An easy read Christmas novella Spicy, forbidden romance. Age gap, dad’s best friend, who’s also a billionaire! A year after Lily confesses to her Dads best friend Elliot that she has held feelings for him for a long term, & he rejected her & saying he didn’t feel the same, they are snowed in alone at his cabin before her dad & brothers arrive for Christmas. Sparks are ignited but will Elliot push Lily away again … ❤️🔥
Lily is infatuated with her father's best friend, but last year, he felt the age gap between them and squashed her feelings. This year, he's acting on them!
Most of this book is about those sizzling scenes and acting on their chemistry and connection. It was entertaining and easy to enjoy.
I don't know if I've read anything by Evie Croft. This novella was okay. It's completely smut with a little bit of smut. I don't have a problem with that, lol, but the characters didn't make me want to like them as much as I should. Their connection was eh and their relationship is quick. The story was okay.
It was okay. Honestly it was a bit boring. They got together immediately and then it was really just a bunch of spicy stuff with no other substance. Besides him confessing that he was wrong to turn her down last year, the best scene was when she did the cam show while he watched.
Loved this book. All the passionate scenes and the POV of both characters. Appreciate there wasn’t a long drawn out story before Lily and Eliot hooked up. Love, love, love everything about this book.
Great Christmasy vibes, adored the cookie livestream (and its aftermath ;)), and the two of them are very sweet together. I would have liked to get to know their characters a little better though; I never felt like I had a good grasp on Elliot, in particular.
This was an okay read. A fun twist at the end. But I think I may have been expecting something more, or maybe just different. I found the story a bit tame. A decent bedtime story. Happy dreams.
This is a quick and sweet Christmas story filled with a naughty cam girl, her dad's best friend and lots of cookies. If you're into age gap, some playful cam show and a cute couple, then this is a book for you
Elliot and Lily, a rather sweet couple though I found their journey not particularly engaging. Not much of a background to their lives. A great epilogue
