Waiting on My Cue

Rate this book
Cue seems to have it all; looks, money, respect and two of the Carolina's finest in love with him.
Mercedes his educated, petite and career minded girlfriend of years, who would love nothing more than to marry Cue and house a home full of little Cue's. And then there is Keisha; Cue's hot, sexy, down-for-whatever hood chick who excites him to the extremes.
While Cue and Keisha had an agreement that it was just a fling and they would enjoy one another's company whenever possible, love followed.
What does Cue do? Does he finally man up and be faithful to the one that has been down with him forever, or does he break all rules and settle with the one that may be least compatible, yet excites him.
Cue takes both of these beautiful ladies on a riveting roller-coaster ride that seems to have no apparent end.

An excellent book, a real page turner...

I love Belinda Hunter! She told an excellent tale of love, betrayal, heartbreaks and disappointments. As I was reading I could almost visualize every scene taking place right before me. Her characters were so vividly put together. This was such a believable story because not one character was perfect everyone had his or her own struggle. I enjoyed reading this because you never really knew what would happen next. No one wants to read a story that's predictable. Belinda did an excellent job writing an unpredictable plot. I can't wait to read the sequel because I know these characters have more life to them.

Cue was not right.. Mercedes was ratchet, so were her friends.

Ms. Keisha evolved from a naïve young women, who took the adversities that came as result of her relationship with Cue and became a strong, independent and vibrant woman.

the storyline was great; however this book was too Damon long! The scenario was stated repeatedly throughout the book.

True life for So many women... Playing second to someone can be stressful. I'm just glad Kiesha came into herself and figured it out!
