Life's Circle
I very much enjoyed reading about the lives of a family trying to make their way through some of the hardest times of history and having to make and live with the decisions made. Having to live with and understood the long term ramifications of their lives and having to face an evil as great as their own only to realize that they can only win by releying on and helping others to complete life's circle.
My only regret is that there were so few books in this series.

Did not disappoint...
Time has moved on, but the Bowman boys still maintain their identity as the moving force in Sultan. Levi still rules as the family patriarch, even staring the ravages of age and infirmity in the face, he has the respect he has earned. I love this series most because it's the most believable cast of characters for the time frame. What an awesome TV series these stories would make. I have to believe there will be more books coming....at least I hope so.

Very good book. I would recommend it to anyone. Interesting because I live in Sultan. Also know the family of the author.
