I was so excited to get started on book 4 of this series as I have loved every book so far and couldn't wait to see what happened. If you haven't read the other books in this series then this review will inevitably contain spoilers...
In this last book of the series Mo realises that she doesn't want to raise her son in the criminal world she has become accustomed to. However, her past and her family ties inevitably mean it's not a simple task. It's difficult to mention some elements of the story without real spoilers but I will say this answered all the questions relating to the end of book 3! We see the return of all the lead players in this series and this was a perfect round up and end to this series.
Plenty of action, packed full of surprises and a thoroughly addictive read. I am sad to be at the end of the series but thrilled that I got to read this author because she has been (and remains) a firm favourite of mine. Highly recommend this whole series of books
What a great ending to a series of books that I really enjoyed and while I am always sad when a series ends, it means that a new one isn’t too far away. A definite five star read and if you haven’t yet read this or any of the author’s books then what are you waiting for?
What an amazing read. Lucky to review an ARC (advance reader copy) from the publisher. Dreda has kept Mo true and as fiesty as ever. A great holiday read.
