cool book on legal-ease

I picked this book up due to the title. This book is very cool! I am in the medical field but found the content fascinating! It is perfect for new attorneys or those needing new communications strategies. Even in my role, I can use some of the techniques such as tone, use of facts and foundational fracturing.
