Clara Bloom owner of Sweet Delights finds herself involved in another murder mystery when her peace is shattered finding the dead body of Agnes Cole . This leads to hidden secret and danger to Clara and her feline cat Whiskers. A captivating read with magic and the supernatural world involved. Thought it was a perfect book to read after everyone else is doing something else. The author did a fantastic job of writing a paranormal/cozy mystery book. It held my attention, and I didn't stop till I finished it. Of course, now I have to wonder about Ted and Clara's relationship. Recommend reading.
This book never saw an editor. The formatting was AWFUL. Character info and dialogue were on separate, short sentences. The worst was that the author forgot where the body was. The plotting was terrible and needed an editor to fix it. And, more awful findings... the author didn't know where to end the book. I chalk that up to beginners ignorance.
Another great read from Dana Sharp. I was hooked from the start and couldn't put it down until I finished. Look forward to reading more and definitely recommend reading this book.
