Still reading… I will probably refer to it again and again. Not like normal sobriety meditations, more like essays on how to live better in general while being sober as well. It's interesting and actually kind of funny at times. Probably more for women, but I can see some men enjoying as well.

Love this book.

Kept me on track again this year, the daily inspiration was really useful. I'm now over 5 years sober but need to work at it on a daily basis. The daily writings and monthly themes give me focus and keep me on track.

The low quality writing and shocking editing detracted from the few good ideas in this book. It was also repetitive and boring in the extreme.

I have actually read through this book several times. Yes it is comforting. Also very informative.

For me, right on the money. I would highly recommend it.
