Whatever It Takes
Daniel and Kris are as white bread as they come. Together since junior high, they have two kids, a house in the suburbs, and no excitements in their lives. Things change when Kris' little sister Jessi moves in. Jessi is everything Kris isn't, reckless, promiscuous, and mixed up with very bad people. As their two orbits intersect, Daniel and Kris get dragged into Jessi's world of drug dealers, strip clubs, and prostitution. Can they survive the dangers? And even if they do, will their marriage?

This book has someone thing for everyone intrigue/suspense, compiling characters, a lot of hot sex scenes. I think the author did a excellent job bring all these aspects together into one story. As a fan of the hotwife genre, I especially liked how Ben explored the intersection of passion, intimacy, monogamy and infidelity between Kris and Dan.
Just as there is something for everyone to like, I sure a lot of people will walk away having wanted more. More angst regarding the couple's infidelity, more backstory on supporting characters and depth into the on the criminal activities. I think the author struck the right balance to getting the story told in under 200 pages.

A great original story that is unlike anything I've read.
Criminal erotic novel.
The author has prepared us a salad of drugs, kidnapping, blackmail,
humiliation, prostitution,
forced sex, justice, fights, murders,
difficult childhood, loyalty, passion and love.
I wanted to read more descriptions of dirty hard sex,
heartache, humiliation, and passion.
I thought the ending was illogical and I would have liked another one.
On the first attempt, I was able to read only half of it and finished reading the story in two weeks.
This is my first book by Ben and I will probably try to read another of his books.
I was tormented by not knowing how many stars to rate the story 4 or 5.
I decided to rate it 5 for a broken bed during sex,
and I liked all four of them-the main characters of the book.

Wow this is another gem from Ben Boswell, very different from many of the other offerings in this genre. I'm sure many of Boswell's readers will identify with Kris and Daniel, and wishing their life could go down the same trajectory! Loved it every time Daniel received a message from Sal. Lucky hubby.

I found this book by accident while searching through Amazon Unlimited for something to read. I have never been a fan of either hotwife or non-consensual erotica and this book has elements of each. Whatever it Takes is, however, not like any hotwife or non-consensual erotica I have ever come across before. It is primarily an action/adventure/suspense novel with explicit and well written sexual scenes that totally support the plot. It also happens to be among the hottest erotica I have ever read, with explicit scenes ranging from hotwife and non-consensual sex, to scenes of dubious consent and wholly consensual scenes of group sex, partner swapping, exhibitionism and voyeurism.
Daniel and Kris were childhood sweethearts that eventually married, had children, and settled into a life of proper and responsible suburban adults. Kris' younger sister, Jessi, was the wild child, becoming sexually active at a young age, getting involved with drugs and drug dealers, and eventually becoming a stripper and part time hooker. Daniel and Kris get dragged into Jessi's world when Jessi steals $250K in cocaine from a dealer, disappears, and the dealer then comes looking to Daniel and Kris to collect. Jessi is taken hostage, which is where the non-consensual, dubious consent, and hotwife erotica begin. Daniel begins a frantic search to locate Jessi and to free Kris, leading him to delve deeply into Jessi's world.
I would love to read further adventures of these characters or other erotic novels with the same mix of adventure, suspense and explicit sex. Whatever genre this is, I am totally hooked.

Okay, I've just finished reading this and I've given it five stars. I am not entirely sold on the story though it is very entertaining and that is what is aimed for here, I believe. My only issue is that there just isn't enough angst about the level of infidelity that occurs from both partners. BUT that isn't why you read this book, so it would be unfair to mark it down on that basis. I believe we should rate authors by their intentions and whether they meet them, THUS the five stars. This is a very sexy book. The sex scenes are sizzling and they do create agonising tension for the reader. There are scenes I read several times simply because they were so titillating. Congratulations Ben, a very good read.

Most amazing Hotwife/Adventure/Mystery/Crime book ever!
Loved it! Until the end and all the hot bits in the middle!
Wish there was a whole series of these by Ben Boswell! Hopefully he will grace us with a series based on similar story lines where wives do "Whatever it takes" to get out of trouble!

This is a full novel, not a novella. It is exceptional.
It is primarily an Action/adventure/suspense novel with explicit and well written scenes that totally support the plot. It also happens to be among the hottest erotica I have read. The explicit scenes range from hotwife and non-consensual sex, to scenes of dubious consent and wholly consensual scenes of group sex, partner swapping, exhibitionism and voyeurism.
The characters are beautifully developed and all four of the major characters are likable and totally engaging. This is a book that once you’re into it, it’s very hard to put down.
The sex is volcanic and it fully supports the plot. It’s an intrinsic part of it.
Mr Boswell is a master at this venue. He is one of several writers that shine with these stories.
I can't speak highly enough about his work.
The group of writers I speak about are Him, Kristen Mccurran, Kenny Wright, Arnica Butler, Jason Lenov.
I also recommend Mid-life Glitch, a funny May-December romp, and a couple Dom-sub masterpieces that Mr Boswell seems to have a superior insite into. Surrogate Master and What's Your Type.

This is erotica with some action and suspense. It is a journey of transformation for the main characters. It is not demanding reading, so it was perfect for reading on my lunch break. For what it is, it succeeds.

fun to read, but problematic
Great start to the story, couldn’t stop reading it. Kept me on edge, two regular people doing what they had to. Then it got stupid, all of a sudden the the regular people turned into a cuckold and Hotwire. Then ending was too rushed, not thought out. The ending was totally unsatisfying. Only 2 star (up till the switch 5 star).

This should be a 5star, his writing was good the characters had full back story. Easy to follow, characters get you emotional to the story
