I couldn't get past the first couple of pages. I can't see how anyone can claim that giving 10% of their income to support a fantasy is financially sound. In the beginning, before I could get any information, religion and the bible were referenced at least 3 times. While this guy might have sound principles, he should present it in a way for everyone. I'm not in desperate need of financial planning, I was just looking for other ideas...I think I'll skip the religious BS and look for something better.

This book started off a little bumpy for me, but I feel like I have learned so many valuable financial lessons. I grew up listening to Dave on the radio with my parents, and always hated it. As a kid, I was bored. But, little did I know that the words he spoke inspired my parents in ways that have made my life so much easier. I hope that I can implement these plans and ideas into my own financial journey as I begin my first real job. His words have truly inspired me to save, and be patient. I know this in my heart is right, and I pray that I can live by it.
I recommend this book to any adult that is in debt, or not. He has really great tips on how to live, and or become debt free.
