I love getting to read new devotionals on occasion, and when I saw this book last November, I knew I wanted to check it out. Not only is revival something I’m interested in from a historical context, but this is also something I long to see in my own life and times, and I also want a deeper prayer life, so this book seemed like the perfect fit for me right now.

I’m so glad I decided to check this out. It was all I hoped for and more. With Scripture passages, heartfelt commentary on the Scriptures, carefully selected quotes that perfectly encapsulate the theme, and a short, yet impactful prayer, this is a treasure to have on any nightstand or bookshelf.

My favorite parts of this book were the quote sections. I have never highlighted so many quotes in one book; they were all so impactful and challenging! I shared more quotes from this book than I have from just about any other, ever!

If you’re looking for ways to grow your prayer life and desire to see revival, I’d highly recommend you check this book out. I found it to be encouraging, uplifting, and ultimately confronting (in the very best way). Highly recommended!

Mom and I are excited to read this beautiful devotional together each morning, and to encourage others to do the same. I was privileged to be on Nick Harrison's prayer team as he wrote. The entries I've read already are rich and deep and thought-provoking. Reading what he's written will be life-enriching and life-changing.

Though I read this entire devotional in a few days, my husband and I are now going to use it as a daily devotional. Uplifting, encouraging, and spiritually sound devotion for any Christian who wants a stronger faith. Would make a great gift for a loved one.
