2.75⭐️(Tate deserved better!)

Okay, let’s get one thing straight: I am a card-carrying member of the Tate Gallo Fan Club. Ever since Crave, the first novella in Chelle Bliss’s MoIS series, I’ve been obsessed. Tate? Total girl crush material. Wylder? Swoon-worthy and adorably devoted. His daughters, Maddy and Hazel? Absolute scene-stealers. And me? Hooked from the jump. So you can imagine how much I was dying for Claim to blow me away. Spoiler alert: it didn’t.

The first novella was the perfect setup—a gritty, emotional meet-cute between two people weighed down by their own baggage but so clearly destined for each other. When Wylder ended Crave by declaring he had to claim Tate with her whole family supporting their relationship? My heart was ready for fireworks. Instead, I got a couple of sparklers and a dud.

Let’s start with the obvious: 130 pages are just not enough for what this story needed! Tate and Wylder’s relationship had so much room to grow—to deepen, to complicate, to thrive—and instead, we got... filler. There were far too many detours into unnecessary subplots (seriously, what is up with the random Chicago titbits?) and rehashing stuff from the first novella that didn’t need to be repeated. Everyone is reassuring Tate, but the things she worried about are not happening here! Why did I get redundant conversations with second-grade cousins but not the real heart-to-heart, Tate and Wylder, and Tate and the girls should have had?! All of that redudnant stuff took time and space away from the real reason I was here: Tate and Wylder figuring out how to make their love work.

And don’t even get me started on the pacing. The second half teased an exciting twist—a moment that could’ve been the turning point—but instead, it fizzled out. It felt rushed and underdeveloped, like it was thrown in to keep things interesting but never really landed. If you’re going to dangle a plot point like that, commit to it! If you want to make it work, take the time and effort to make it work! Give it the attention it deserves instead of leaving us feeling half-satisfied.

I’m not saying there weren’t good moments. Tate is still my queen—strong, smart, and beautifully vulnerable. Wylder? His love for Tate and his daughters is still enough to make me melt. But this story just didn’t give them the spotlight they deserved. I wanted to see them navigate their challenges, grow as individuals, grow as a couple, and grow as a family. Instead, it felt like we were skimming the surface of what could’ve been an incredible journey.

So, overall, 2.75 stars for the love I still have for these characters, but I can’t help feeling like this was a missed opportunity. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be over here sulking!

Riding into forever!

The conclusion to Tate and Wylder's story is true Chelle Bliss. Feisty woman and alpha male partnership that's also loving and sweet.
Can't wait for the next book to fall back in with the Gallo family

Claim is a quick, sweet read and conclusion to Wylder and Tate's love affair. We get a few mishaps that provide some very real moments as well as humorous ones that show how much they truly do care for one another. As Wylder realizes he can not only love Tate but trust her no matter what, it's clear these two were made for one another.

The way Tate loves her man's daughters brought smiles to my face. The way she handled a very unexpected visit and found a surprising savior in Thumper had me full of pride for both of them. The mending of fences between Wylder and his brothers is something I hope is explored more in future books as perhaps there is more than meets the eye than any of us first thought.

Overall, this is a good conclusion and combines steam with heart, together with witty scenes, beautifully. There isn't much in terms of conflict or any real roadblocks that prevent Tate from being with Wylder. It's simply a very easygoing kind of read.

Other key characters like Gigi and Pike, as well as Tate's brother Brax offer up good times and a camaraderie one can only find when it comes to the Gallo family. Brax deserves his own HEA since he's now 'off the market' so hopefully his story will be written soon.

When looking for a storyline filled with love and light and lovingly annoying family members, look no further than Crave and now Claim. Being in the Gallo world is like nothing else and I'm always up for a visit.

3.5 stars.

Honestly. This is the roughest review I have ever written. Not because this is the worst book l've ever read. Not even close, that couldn't be farther from the truth! But because I love the Gallos so so much! And this was a hugely anticipated book for me. I love Tate and l've been dying for her book.
1- It's disappointing that this book had to get cut into two. I feel like there is a huge disconnect between book 1 and book 2
2- This book moved so quickly. Very quickly. I am disappointeo because I didn't feel a huge connection between the two main characters. and then all the sudden they are engaged.
3- I feel like there was a lot of unnecessary things in this book.
There is a scene with his exwife... and it's pointless. I don't feel like it added anything to the book and could have been replaced with trying to build the main characters relationship.
4- There is the least amount of spice in this book as possible. To me, a character who has been seggually active since she was 16, and a single dad who has pent up physical emotions, would need more outlet than 2 paragraphs at the beginning of the book.
However, that bad stuff being said, I love the Gallos. I am glad that the family is still growing and that the other characters from other books are showing up. I fell in love with the MMC's kids.
They are adorable and his mother is hilarious!

This is book 2 in the Men of Inked Sinners series and it must be read in order! This one builds on top of Crave and are about the same characters! Tate had never met a man as devastatingly handsome and ridiculously grumpy as Wylder. But there was a tender side to him, a sweetness so unnerving,Tate can't resist the invisible pull he has over her. Wylder had never known a woman as hauntingly beautiful and eternally optimistic as Tate. But there was a sultry side to her, a desire so unsettling, Wylder can't deny his need to claim her as his own.

This is a quick read and gives Wylder and Tate their HEA that the first book didn't quite give us. This book reminded me so much of why I enjoy this authors books. It was sweet and hot, but it also showed us how people can grow with the right people and be more than they think they are. I loved how Tate never treats Wylder's daughters as anything but the awesome people they are. I love that he works things out with his brother's and they can be a part of his life. It was just a truly enjoyable read. Now, why did I knock it down to 4 stars? I really feel like Crave and Claim should have just been one book instead of 2 novella's. Otherwise, I truly liked everything about these characters and their books.

This is the 2nd book in the series. But it’s also part of the Gallo Series family we all know and love.

This is a shorter book, on the novella side.

Tate works at a Men of Inked shop - she suggested to the Florida Gallo cousins they open a shop where she and her family live and they did! Now she’s one of the owners but also one of the tattoo artists. Tate was saved by the Gallo family 1 or 2 yrs ago from a MC crew that took a hit out on her. They thought she did something but she didn’t actually do it. She loves photography and thinks she’s just a ok tattoo artist. Her passion is photography.

Wylder is a single father to 2 teenager girls. He and Tate have been casual with dating and getting to know each other. One of Wylder’s siblings - Thumper is with the MC crew that tried to take out Tate. He still has issues with Tate. But since Wylder stated they are together he is trying to make an effort to be nice and like her.

I did receive a free ARC book Review copy. I am freely leaving an honest review.

I have been craving more Tate and Wylder since I finished Crave. It is time to celebrate; the wait is over. Tate and Wylder are about to have an opportunity to really get to know each other.

I thought it would just be a cute, get to know you, fall in love with a single dad and his adorable girls, slow-build romance. That could not be further from the truth. I was all a twitter when Wylder and Tate dropped the girls off at camp. The were to have two months of alone time, getting to know each other, discovering each other. Oh my, did Chelle Bliss have me fooled.

Claim has more twists than a cork screw. So many mouth drop moments. So many, "you have got to be kidding me" moments. I can honestly say, "I didn't see that coming."

The story might be a short, quick read but it packs a punch!!! Put a block of time together to read Claim. Tune out everything and everyone and enjoy the ride to a claiming we all crave.

I absolutely adore Tate and Wylder and they are my new favorite Gallo couple!! Wylder is a quiet man with a serious, and also a passionate side, that comes out when he is talking about his daughters, or while he is gazing longingly at Tate. His love for his daughters is so beautiful and they all have plenty of room in their hearts for Tate. Wylder wanted to tell the world that Tate was his girlfriend, and he was so grateful that she had come into their lives. He was looking forward to having a special date night while the girls were away at summer camp. Tate didn’t find it necessary to define their relationship because she knew in her heart that fate brought her and Wylder together. She loved everything about her life with Wylder and the girls and she would protect them no matter what. Wylder is very romantic, protective and charming when it comes to his feelings for Tate and I can see why she fell for him. He is a swoon-worthy hero who just wants to make Tate as happy as she has made him.”Opening your heart to love again isn’t a simple thing.” He never thought he would have a second chance at love but he hit the jackpot when Tate walked into his life. Tate and Wylder’s love is magically romantic and it shows us all that dreams really do come true!

This is short, sweet and sassy! It’s a continuation of Tate and Wylders story and it’s a nice little catch up. It’s a quick read and covers all the bases. Tate is still just as spicy as her younger years she’s just matured slightly and knows what she does and doesn’t want from a relationship. Wylder is in a similar situation, ready to settle down with his daughters and live an easier life without all the drama from his past.

There’s amends to be made in this book to allow them to have a strong, solid relationship without family interference and difficulties. I loved how much both their families were involved in the story. It helps when everyone isn’t at war with each other. You gotta love Gigi too, she doesn’t hold back.

This is an enjoyable story to read and it’s satisfying to have Tate’s happy ever after, my only complaint, the same one as always, is that it’s too short. I think I would enjoyed it more if it was fleshed out a little bit more, I wanted a few more spicy scenes as Wylder had all that alpha hotness which always makes the bedroom scenes super hot!

We finally get the next generation of the Southside crew.

The only thing I needed from this book was for it to be longer LOL.

I absolutely fell in love with Tate and Wylder. The chemistry between these two is clear as day from the moment they meet. Tate is finally grown up and is running another location of Ink. She just turned thirty and has sworn off men especially bikers. She is helping out at the family bar when two young girls come in for a Shirley Temple. Tate ends up walking them home to find their dad, Wylder, waiting for them. Wylder is everything she is trying to avoid but neither can deny the chemistry that is constantly there.

This is a great starter to this series. We get to see the family dynamics of the Gallos that haven't changed and some familiar faces from Florida. We learn about Wylders family and I'm curious to see how much we get to see them throughout this new series.

Tropes: age gap, single dad, friends to lovers, grumpy sunshine.

I was so excited for the continuation of Tate and Wylder’s story. This was a quick, sweet and sexy read with all that you love from Chelle. There’s not a lot of Gallo family scenes but just enough to still love that family. And even a little cousin love from a favorite couple from Florida.

When the girls go to summer camp Tate and Wylder get a little time to themselves to just enjoy each other. The time together just reverberates that they may be ages apart but still have the connection and chemistry for a long-lasting relationship.

After everything Tate has endured, she’s hesitant. Wylder is no different going through a crappy divorce and being a single dad. These two deserve a little happiness. Their is story isn’t without a little hiccup along the way but in the end it was perfect for them. The ending was everything.

Every book that includes the Gallo family is like coming home, and Claim is no different. This story is the sweet and fast-paced conclusion for Tate and Wylder, which begins in the prequel Crave. The Tate we met before in the Men of Inked: Heatwave series has matured and opened her own tattoo shop with the help of her Florida cousins, has met a perpetually grumpy and hot single dad with the most amazing tween daughters, and is living life in Southside Chicago surrounded by her family. Wylder owns a car restoration shop, is managing the single dad life with his young daughters, and is figuring out his new relationship with Tate, who comes with the most amazing family that is so unlike his own. Claim brings the spice, a few twists along the way, and has that found family I adore. I am so excited for whatever is coming next in the Men of Inked: Sinners series!

I was so excited for this book and I wasn’t disappointed. The prequel left me wanting more and Claim (Men of Inked Sinners #2) delivered everything I wanted and so much more. I loved Tate Gallo and Wylder and it was great to continue their journey with them.
I was captivated from the first page to the last line and even then I wanted more. Claim is a book that will stay with you long after the final word has been read, it has wonderful characters, it’s full of love and passion, it’s witty and emotional and let’s not forget the camaraderie this family share. The road was always going to be bumpy and there are plenty of twists and turns you don’t see coming but it’s love that’s wins out in the end.

I loved this cute little story.
It’s a quick fast read filled with sweetness and warmth.
Tate and Wylder invite us back into their lives.
They are both are very much in lust with each other. But still holding back on the Love part.
Both have been burned badly so the pain of the past still lingers in their hearts.
Love Maddy and Hazel. They complete the story.
But what I loved the most was the love of family on both sides.
While Tate’s families dynamics are very different that Wylder’s.
The sense of family and love was the same.
It’s always heartwarming getting to read a Chelle Bliss book. I always finish her books with a big smile on my face. And Claim was no exception.

The Gallo's just get better and better

This is the culmination of Wylder and Tate’s story that started in Crave. What a read. To say I couldn’t put it down is an understatement. There is such a peace next to the sexy with Wylder and Tate that just makes you want to be them. And his family all of them. Can’t wait to learn more about them. Maddie and Hazel just warm your heart and leave you laughing hilariously.

There is history for everyone and a past that keeps poping up. A few surprises along the way and the best side of the worst people as only Chelle can portray. It seems it’s possible to start down the road of redemption. I just can’t wait for the next Gallo.

Thank you Chelle Bliss for creating a world so large and full of characters that never leave our hearts.

4.5⭐

I love the Gallos and am always excited to read more. This time Chelle is concentrating on the Chicago side of the family with the continuation of Tate and Wylder's story, and whilst it's short, it's definitely not sweet.

This is the Gallo's after all! 😉

Although Wylder is the father of two young girls. So finding time alone with Tate isn't easy. However, both girls are off to summer camp, much to eldest Maddy's disgust. And so Tate and Wylder are hoping to make the most of it and maybe work out if what they have is real.

But they don't count on broken bones, brothers and exes rearing their ugly heads. You know the usual Gallo chaos. Oh and a couple of familiar faces.

A must read for anyone who is a fan of the series. ☺️

Tate and Wylder😍

We return to the Chicago Gallos for Tate and Wylder’s story❣️There was a prequel where we previously met Tate and Wylder and his two little girls, Maddy and Hazel. This one starts off after they’ve been dating for a while and are about to drop the girls off at summer camp, so the true test of togetherness will begin🙃

Loved the story as usual with a cameo from one of my favourite Florida Gallo couples🙌 I look forward to getting to know the younger Gallo generation in Chicago and I’m already eager for the next story…I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review❤️

5 Star Review Claim (Men of Inked Sinners #2) by Chelle Bliss

Having read the prequel I could not wait to read more of Tate Gallo and Wylder. From the moment Tate saw Wylder she knew he was trouble with a capital T.

These two were so meant to be together. I really love Tate, such a feisty, sassy woman who I could easily see as a friend.

I needed more of this couple and Chelle Bliss certainly delivered. There were certainly some twists and turns that I didn’t see coming and that added to the story.

From the first to the last chapter, I was invested in the story that Ms. Bliss wove. Their journey was rocky but what a journey it was and I cannot wait for more of their story.

There is never a dull moment when in comes to the Gallo family and with Tate and Wylder front and center in Claim, the second book in the Men of Inked Sinners series, there is definitely a lot of chaos, but with the Gallos, it is always family first , especially when the Florida cousins come for a visit, and I love that about them.
I loved reading about Tate and Wylder as they navigated not only what is newish and growing relationship between them but also the way Tate easily loved his daughters, Hazel and Maddox. They had a few challenges thrown their way but that didn’t stop what has been building between them.

Great conclusion to Crave!! Claim is Hot!!

Wow, what a finale!! Tate and Wylder are so perfect!!

I couldn't put this book down! Wylder's older daughter Maddie is still her grumpy teenage self. She had me laughing. His younger daughter Hazel is adorable!

The girls are off to camp, and it's alone time for Tate and Wylder. There are other Gallos in the book that add to the fun. GiGi and Pike made an appearance and added to the energy.

Then the crazy ex-wife appears!!! And you are going to be holding your breath!!! Loved this book and it's a fabulous conclusion to this romance.

This is the continuation of Tate and Wylder's stories make sure to read book 1 to get their full story. These two have such a beautiful love story with Wylder's daughters who are sassy and adorable. Tate loves the girls unconditionally and will do whatever she can for them. As these two get to know each other more they start to overcome Tate's past and what she went through. Wylder is someone you just want in your corner. When his ex shows her face an unexpected enemy will join the fray. Can they heal and move on from both of their pasts? I just loved their story it made you all warm and fuzzy inside.

This is book 2 of the Sinners series so if you haven’t read Crave stop what you’re doing and read it…you won’t be sorry! Since this is another shortie like Crave, I read it in no time but I also couldn’t put it down! Claim is the perfect title because that is exactly what this book is about. How many times and ways will Wylder claim Tate….not enough in my book but each one is cuter and hotter than the next! Too bad they never made it to that hot tub but the alternative turned out to be just as good ;)

Woohoo!! The conclusion of Tate & Wylder's story!
This is a quick read and So Good!
Wylder saw what he and his girls wanted and laid CLAIM to Tate.
I love the family interactions, it's tense at times but sweet and supportive as well.
The kids made me laugh, Tate and Wylder heat up the pages and the rest of the characters kept me glued to my Kindle. I can't believe the trouble some of them caused. Hoping that means more to come...
Chelle Bliss's stories always leave me smiling and Claim is just another reason why I love her books.

Perfect end for this sweet love story!

Wyler and Tate would never have met if it were not for two adventurous little girls. Wyler spent his time between working on cars and working to be a good dad to his two daughters. Without their mom there, he makes sure they know he will always take care of them.

Tate runs her tattoo shop and helps out at her family's bar now and then. She meets these two little girls and her life is never the same.

A little steamy, a lot fun and a few hairy moments that make it all a great story.

2.5 stars. There was nothing bad about it per se but it was just flat. I got nothing much on their relationship development, on steamy scene and it was quick. I didn’t get the alpha possessive vibe from wylder which I always love in these big strong rough types. Most of his POV was just conversational no depth of thought really . This could have been great with more depth i must have read something different to everyone else

Oh by the way - aside from being tall he got no description I have no idea what he looks like

Claim (Men of Inked Sinners, book #2) is the sequel to Tate Gallo and Wylder’s story. This little novella packs a punch and is the second part of the Crave story.

Tate’s met Wylder and fallen for this single dad and his two girls. They have chemistry, and now it’s their chance to explore their feelings!

It’s a little bit steamy and sexy. Just the kind of book we’ve come to expect and love from Chelle Bliss!

I love Tate and Wylder so much and love that they get a second book! Between his mother, his daughters and Tate's cousins the snark is alive and well! They know their chemistry is off the charts, but love is a scary thing for them. Can they put their pasts behind them, especially when Tate's is tied up with Wylder's brothers MC and his ex suddenly shows up? Chelle always brings the right amount of drama, danger, family and passion and Claim is all that and more. You can't help but love them!

Tate and Wylder's story was amazing!

True love can be very unexpected, but destiny will always put you where you need to be.

I love the Gallo family and can't wait for the next one to come out.

I am so happy we got the rest of Tate's story. I loved this book. Loved learning more about Wylder's family and getting to know the girls a little better.

This was a hot, sweet, quick read that was absolutely a true Gallo family book. Along the way there were a few interesting twists and turns, but in the end Wylder learned that not all women were like his miserable ex and Tate found her HEA!!!

Book 1 of the series must be read first.
