While this was gorgeous (cause of course it was) I’m not exactly sure how it connected to the story of the first issue. Like yes, it’s about Aron’s connection to the Fade but at the same time, it felt kind of random. It wasn’t a natural addition to the story, felt kind of forced in there at the last second for character development purposes. Still great, don’t get me wrong, just kind of threw me off a little.

It's really hard to review a single issue of a comic like this because I just don't know these characters and this world well yet - but I'm enjoying what I've read so far and just want to be able to read more and find out what is going on.
