Such a great story. It took me a few days to read it because life, that fickle Beoch kept getting in the way, but that didn't make it any less enjoyable. I loved seeing how Sweeny made the alpha Statton sweeter, and he made her braver. He helped her realize her own potential and strength. They made a perfect pair, each complimenting the other.
This story was full of danger, love, betrayal, victories and edge-of-your-seat, heart-pouding-out-of-your-chest action. It was the perfect blend of the elements to make it an exceptional and magical story.
I'm desperate to read book two to find out what Evan's secret was, and to see how everything shapes up for Abigail. Now that she's been marked by another, how will her first mate react? Looking forward to finding out.

I hate that my first review is a negative one, especially since I put so much work into this book over the last few months, but alas, I'm happy she read it.
I was a 'velly' finalist with this book, and I'm VERY proud of it. I corrected everything that I saw with my author eyes for this book, including the mistake the review mentioned.

accidental find
This is one of the best werewolf books I have read! I saw this on Kindle Vella and was instantly hooked after chapter one. The app was closing down in February and I couldn’t buy tokens. Turns out I didn’t have to. So glad the book was on Kindle Unlimited!
This book has everything! A loving werewolf love story, mystery, war/violence and heart string pulling moments! Absolutely loved this book. On to the next one!

Who says, "Beat them up." Are we in middle school? I tried to give this one a chance. Lots of Grammer mistakes. Daemon suddenly became Damien at some point. Shows promise but lacks much.
