Ravaged Angel pick's up Arabella's story right where book 1 ended. And boy oh boy, I've spent the last year waiting to be back with Arabella and her mates, dying to know what was going to happen next and how Arabella was going to react to learning that Lucifer was her grandfather.
Throughout this book we get to watch as Arabella in some way rebuilds her relationships and bonds with Warrick and Phoenix and she has to come to terms with not only what Rhys's did but who Rhys is to Arabella. On top of that Arabella is learning to control her magic and learn about her real lineage, the one that's been kept hidden from her
I really felt for Arabella as she struggled to come to terms with what Noah had done to her at the end of the last book and how that effected her relationship with each of her mates. I loved though watching Arabella learning to fight and continuing to get stronger and stronger. I honestly think her father is underestimating who she has truly become after her time at Evermore.
Embry has done a fantastic job in creating characters that continue to grow, change and develop as the series moves forward. She has created an interesting storyline with clever plots and subplots mixed in and surprise twists and turns that keep you guessing.
I am eager to get my hands on the third book now as I am just feral to know what happens next. I need to know what happens to Arabella next after that ending and knowing her mates, they are just going to be ruthless until they get Arabella back and they know for sure that she is OK and unharmed.
I adored how we got more of Arabella's family history and I cried at the beginning learning how Lucifer became the first fallen and what happened to his young daughter (Arabella's aunt). That was unforgivable in my eyes and I can't believe that any angel would do that.
I hope that Embry doesn't make us wait another year for the next book in this series to arrive in our hot little hands. The wait for the 2nd book nearly drove me insane and I think I'll go stark raving made if I have to wait another year for the 3rd book.

Fantastic
This is the fifth book of the R.I.S.E. Academy shared world is book two of Halos and Havoc. Once again I was completely hooked start to finish and completely drawn in. It was great to see Arabella's bonds grow with her mates and her new family. This is plenty of action and spice. Embry Fox does such and wonderful job with these characters. There is a cliffhanger at the end and I need book three ASAP.

This picks up right where the first book left off. It took me a minute to remember everything and settle in. I'd recommend a reread if it's been a while. Arabella and her mates need to complete the bonds but she's traumatized. She learns about her family history. They're were some surprises. This is a great story for those looking for a reverse harem fallen angels story.

Loved this second book in the series!! I was really sad by the ending but I cannot wait until the next book of the series!! Arabella’s relationships with her mates and even her grandparents was so heartwarming to read. I’m not sure which of her mates I like more!!! Lucifer was my fave character and I really wanted to see more of him. Thank you to the author for this arc book - I can’t wait for the next one in the series!!!

Arabelle is back! It was so good to be back in Arabelle's world.
We learn more about her past, more about her powers, and some overall character growth.
We also see the relationships between Arabelle and her mates deepen.
There was action, some danger, lots of feels, and some spice.
I think this was a great continuation to the series overall .

Wow that a book!! This is the continuation of arabella and her mates story as finds out about her families history and her part in the fight ahead. I loved the story and reading how the characters learn and grow together and their bonds grow, I cant wait for the next part of this story

I love that we get duets in this shared world of R.I.S.E academy. Arabella's and her mates story is just one of many. We get so much in these books that I devour them the moment they realease. I love the world's built and the characters strength and growth. A really great read.

Arabella’s story picks up right after book 1 and I was super excited to get more of her and her mates 😏
I should have read book 1 again because I was a little lost at what had happened but anyway.
This book built on each relationship from book 1 and we learnt more about the power Arabella has and her lineage, but not much really happened. It felt more like a filler book.
I did still enjoy it and I’m intrigued for the next book to see what happens to Arabella after that ending. I think her mates are going to be feral not being with her.
