Rate this book
The title “ Hebraic Roots of the Christian Faith” is inspired by St. Paul’s teachings in Romans 11, where he describes Gentile believers as wild olive branches grafted into the cultivated olive tree of Israel. This sacred image unveils a profound through faith in Jesus Christ, we are joined to the covenant lineage of Abraham, intertwining our spiritual heritage with the faith and history of the Hebrew Scriptures. “ Hebraic Roots of the Christian Faith” reflects both the depth and richness of the Hebraic roots that underlie Christianity, inviting us to rediscover the foundations that nourish our faith.

This book begins with that foundation, inviting readers to explore the Hebraic roots of Christian beliefs and practices. Christianity is not a departure from the Hebrew Scriptures but their fulfillment, drawing deeply from the well of God’s revelation to His chosen people. To fully appreciate the richness of the Christian faith, it is essential to understand Israel’s foundational role and the Hebrew Scriptures in God’s unfolding redemptive plan.

Each chapter illuminates the Hebraic roots of the Christian faith, showing how Yahweh’s covenant with Israel forms the backdrop of God’s redemptive work through Jesus. As we journey through these pages, we are invited to rediscover the connection between the Hebrew Scriptures and the Christian faith. Understanding the foundation of our faith deepens our appreciation of Yahweh’s promises and His plan to redeem both Israel and the nations.

This book is not only a theological exploration but also an invitation to return to the roots of our faith. It honors Yahweh’s covenant with Israel and embraces the narrative of redemption spanning both the Old and New Testaments. Together, we are called to worship the one true God, Yahweh, whose name endures forever and whose promises will be fulfilled.
