A later in life romance tale, this story focuses on Chuck and Sandra as the main protagonists, though the cast of secondaries was equally as impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of character development shown throughout the story. Marshall weaves together romance and suspense within the backdrop of pickleball (which was a surprising metaphorfor handling life). I enjoyed the banter between between the various characters, as well as the unexpected twists and discoveries made along the journey. This story shows that you're never to old to learn something new, or to fall in love - again.
This was my introduction to this particular author, and I am happy to report that I look forward to reading future publications. This book was a gift from the author, though the contents of my review are voluntary and completely my own. If you're looking for an enjoyable later in life romance with a bonus mystery suspense angle, this is definately the book for you!

I enjoyed this book, it was nice to read a book about older characters. I was given a copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.
