I was so excited for Juliette’s story! It was nice to be able to read more about her and why Enzo had kept her so hidden away. So of course when danger strikes she gets her very own babysitter - her brother’s best friend, who she’s also always had a crush on. What could go wrong? Juliette is sassy and outspoken and Armani is grumpy and scary but the two of them together have the perfect amount of tension and banter. It’s spicy and suspenseful and just so good.

I Feel Like I Read It Before
This follows the mafia genre layout but scenes felt beyond familiar to me like I have read them before which made this dull.
The other issue is this is repetitive and long winded repetition. For the length I would have expected more fighting and back and forth before they got together but that wasn’t the case.
Definitely clit lit. I unfortunately skipped to the end after getting bored and wanting it to be over.

Loved the romance between Armani and Juliette!!!!
And I also loved how protective he was over her and when he found out they were having twins, he was more protective over her and the twins.

Enjoyable
This was the first book I’ve read by this author and I will glad go back and read more. She had a way of keeping me interested and not bored with how she wrote these characters

I like them a lot together but I think that they moved too fast. This book was literally based around few days when she was with the MC.

He’s her brothers oldest friend and happens to be ten years older. She’s the secret baby sister of an Italian mob boss on the brink of war thanks to his partners twisted father. All she wants is freedom for be herself and live life but Juliette doesn’t know what she’s in for when one decision pushes her and Armani together and their lives turn upside down. Spice level: 3.5. Will definitely have to see what Dalia writes next.
